Nothing
Convenient location for meeting family, breakfast good, just on the edge of town with quick access to major roads, staff professional.
It is irritating to find that as a guest using the usual search engines to find a conveniently placed hotel that on arrival I find a nearly empty car park and the hotel wants to charge me £12.50 for overnight parking. If I’d made the booking directly I would not have been charged, if I just want to have a drink/meal/attend a conference I would not have been charged. It’s just a “gotcha” for any one using a search engine to make a booking. Also no points allowed on Hiltons app if booked this way. At minimum a health warning should be attached, at best Hilton should recognise the value that different channels bring to their business and treat all customers the same.
Location
There was an event on the ground floor and music was loud with alot of base and noise till almost 12am, difficult to sleep on 1st floor room where i was in. Even called the reception and reply was it was will finish soon but it still continued for two hours. Payed almost 100 pound but did not have a good sleep. I will not book this again.
Brilliant multi use communal space - eat drink socialise work
Leaving
The staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The price wasn't too expensive.. location just off the A34 on approach to Oxford which is ideal. Plenty of shops around.

Car park was a good size and we didnt need to pay for parking from receptionist.
Clean hotel and rooms adequate
Breakfast unfortunately was poor, very greasy, food cold from hot buffet food.
Morning staff was very inattentive, didnt really want to be there.
Dinner at restaurant, again cold when arrived and meat quite dry and overcooked/charred
Staff were slow at times in serving
Kettle didn't work in our room
Good
Bathroom bit cold
It was what you’d expect
We can liked it all. Comfortable, clean, good food, excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff.
Comfortable and clean
We had booked a queen room and spoken to them before booking as we were bringing our dog, were told booking queen room would be ok with the dog. Then we got there and were given a double room and they said that we hadn’t told them we were bringing our dog which I’d also written in our booking! Seemed abit of a downer as we paid the same money anyway didn’t want to kick up a fuss as was tired however seems a bit of a silly mistake for £200 a night.
Breakfast
Being charged for parking because I didn’t read their message properly. If I booked parking it was free if I didn’t it wasn’t. Reception were quite rude.
Location
Very clean
The bed was uncomfortable
But I do except the fact that everyone has different preferences
£12.50 per night parking charge
