Fatiha and Pragethi on the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly.
I had messed up my booking and they sorted it out without a problem.
The hotel is excellent and very clean. The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi, which unfortunately did not work in our room for the entire duration of our stay.
We reported this to the receptionist, Afgani, who was truly professional, kind, and always smiling. To make up for the inconvenience, he not only offered his sincerest apologies but also generously provided us with breakfast for every day of our stay.
A heartfelt thank you to Afgani for his outstanding service and thoughtfulness. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Good location, 20 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were so friendly, nothing was too much. Peaceful sleep and well sound-proofed from outside noise and other rooms! :)

It’s around 15 minutes drive from Oxford, so nice for a day visit.
They charge 15 pounds for parking, which I think is unnecessary.
The dinner menu only included two gluten free dishes, could be better.
The room was clean,, spacious,, well appointed and comfortable.
The first room was not clean, we asked for a second one but the room has no lift and no AC. Called the desk multiple times and no response. They also charged good amount of money for car parking which is not reasonable for this level of hotel at middle of nowhere in the uk

Nice and new and everything you needed in one building, nice atmosphere.
It was all perfect however if i had to be picky the mattress was quite old and stiff. Wasn’t the most comfy and i did not get on with the pillows at all, so maybe more of a selection.
