Overall very good.
Pros:

Wheelchair accessibility was great as well as the room. The bathroom was exceptional 👌.
Onsite restaurant was good with lovely staff and an acceptable menu.

Cons:

Limited blue badge parking, luckily I got last space. Also couldn't see any EV chargers but luckily didn't need it.
Not much else close by apart from a Tesco.

Was great except the parking situation.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious! Breakfast was nice, with a waffle maker which is lovely.

Cons:

The parking was more limited than we thought. It was a Monday and parking was basically full by the end of day.
Especially if you’re driving EV, there are only 4 spots in their parking, be there as early as you can or you might as well charge at the nearest EV spot. There’s a was faster one near by so don’t even bother the hotel ones.

We arrive around 6pm and none of the EV spots at hotel were available. One of the spot was taken by a hybrid car that’s not even charging!!!! We asked front desk after 2 hours of waiting, and he kindly contacted the car owner, only to got a response of “the owner said they’re going to charge it now” LIARS!!! They did not charge it the whole night and until we check out and just took the spot the entire time.

Pros:

Breakfast ok

Cons:

Friday evening(5/6 2026) restaurant unbelievable
Far too many people not enough staff
Service was so long . We were very disappointed indeed and the restaurant manager that evening ( name????) was only to be completely praised for how and what he had to deal with. He was very professional but he had an intolerable task
Please do not criticise him he is to be commended in the circumstances.
