Short but superb stay, we will be back!
Pros:

We loved the modern decor and the white company toiletries, great location just off the M5. Lovely clean and welcoming pool. Great food, very impressed with this hotel!

Cons:

Could have done with more plugs which were easier to access by bedside tables

Nice Friday night stay ! Helpful staff!

Later check-in to hot room but sadly air conditioning had failed in heat wave.
At 8pm night manager looked at issue and we were thankfully moved . Nice receptionist from Wales !

A little frustrating to pay an extra £15 fee per person for use of nice spa which I did not see listed on Booking.com website ..

The hotel was lovely and really good value for money, the spa was exceptional but unfortunately my friend and I who had separate rooms had different experiences. We went to get some milk on our return to our rooms and the machine was empty. We found the night porter to ask for some milk and he said he will fill it up later so we had to go off looking for another milk machine on a different floor to be able to make a drink so ended up taking over half an hour by the time we found the night porter and then the milk. When finally getting back to our rooms my TV wouldn’t work, we tried everything. I ended up trying to ring the reception and it was just permanently engaged and we couldn’t find any staff to ask for help with this. I think you may need 2 night porters

A lovely property let down by poor customer service, questionable room preparation and hidden charge
Pros:

The hotel itself is attractive, with pleasant facilities and a lovely surrounding area. The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the service and room preparation did not match the premium price we paid

Cons:

We paid £225 for one night but received an unwelcoming and inflexible service at reception. On arrival, we were immediately told that parking and use of the swimming facilities would cost extra because we had booked through Booking.com. Neither the receptionist nor the hotel manager showed much empathy when we raised our concerns, and both refused to provide their names when asked, which made the experience feel even less professional and accountable.
We were not offered any assistance with our luggage despite being placed a long distance from reception. In the room, the bedding had an unpleasant smoky or previously used smell, which made us question whether it was fresh, and only one towel had been provided for two guests.
Overall, the cleanliness, room preparation and customer service fell far below what I would reasonably expect after paying £225 for one night

Judgemental staff ruin everything

The hotel receptionist was very rude and judgemental upon arrival asking if we had the right hotel may be because the way which i was dressed

Found it very rude and she didn’t program our cards for the room correctly so had to come all the way back down and the lifts were out of order.

Made me feel very uncomfortable as i thought i was just as important as everyone else there.

The gentleman on the desk after were helpful and recognised this and her actions but the first 30 seconds of arrival is everything

disappointing stay, a shame because the hotel itself and the staff were lovely.

At the time of booking i requested a quiet room knowing that the World Cup was on the Tv late and i had early meetings. When going to my room i found that it had an adjoining door to the room next door, it was already noisy so i requested to move but was told that the hotel was full and there was no spare rooms. I ended up having very little sleep due to noise from next door. Not good for nearly £200!

Also the lift was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There was also exposed electricity wires in the bathroom, (room 314) on the towel rail!! not good, please fix asap!!

L'hôtel est tres beau et les chambres confortables ! L'espace piscine et petit dej sont top !

La clé de chambre qu'on m'a donné à minuit après un dinner professionnel s'est avéré être pour une chambre déjà occupée ! J'ai donc allumé la lumière et suis rentrée dans une chambre de quelqu'un qui dormait !

Nice hotel :)
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly welcoming staff member. Lovely pool and lounge area. Menu looked good although I did not purchase any food. Was up graded which was a pleasant surprise!

Cons:

Room looked clean but did not really feel clean, bathroom was small, shower needs updating.
