Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Makes all the difference! That includes the cleaning staff as well as the excellent reception desk girls an the desk.

Cons:

Perhaps more varied food / snack options for those who didn't want anything substantial? But that's not wildly significant. Basically it was just an easy enjoyable experience all round.

Amazing, I love this hotel and spa so much. We will be back soon hopefully.
Pros:

The spa & spa facilities are just incredible, and I had a lovely relaxing massage. Breakfast was delicious.
I also LOVE the room we had; so spacious, relaxing and comfortable!
The location is ideal, it was only a short drive away from excellent amenities; Bowling Alley, restaurants, a cinema & an Ice Skating rink etc.

Cons:

Room service breakfast was great although a few of the items were not how I thought they'd be. I.e the Granola was actually Museli and the chocolate Royal croissant and pan au raisin turned out to be minautre pain au chocolat and pan au raisin. I have a sweet tooth so I was a little dissapointed with the mini versions lol.

Noise From Adjoining Room And Poor Bed Spoiled Our Stay
Pros:

Nice setting, had a great meal in the hotel on the evening.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, plus noise from the adjoining room including it sounded like someone being sick and also an early morning alarm being left on for 20 minutes plus meant our sleep was poor.
The shower was then very difficult to use and just a jet of water rather than a proper spray.
A shame as previous visits had been nice, but we wondered if we were given a poor room as didn't book directly through the hotel this time.

Excellent and comforting
Pros:

Loved our stay at the Aztec. Comfortable surroundings and the facilities were amazing the pool sauna and steam room. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. Loved it.
