Nice family vibe
Bathrooms could do with a face-lift..but clean
The hotel was very nice clean and well presented. The only fault was when ordering room service never received it on a plate and cutlery we received it in a box and bag and wooden knife and folk and for the price we paid that was not acceptable.
A nice relaxing environment
Breakfast was lovely really good choice of foods
A few issues with cleanliness in the bathroom area, especially scum under the taps on the bath
Spa was great as was the restaurant. Having a pub on site was a great idea even though our schedule didn’t allow us to visit it.

It had everything we needed
Very spacious and all in order but when we went to check out there was nobody at reception because she was engaged with other customers so we had to wait but she never came back and then we found the self check out box behind us

Lovely facilities, very attractive hotel. Breakfast was great
20 minutes to check in. The girl seemed to tap incessantly on her keyboard and not do anything.
The staff are really lovely and accomodating. Really easy access to parking.
The room - you have to tell the staff via a QR code that you would like your room cleaned - I couldn't see an QR code. Room tidying should be standard.
Reception - we arrived at 6pm - there was only one lady on reception and the queue was long.
Breakfast - There was again only one lady manning the breakfast reception, so crossing off and showing us to the table - so a really slow process - would be better if you had an extra person to guide people.
Bar - wine at the bar was off
Spa access is chargable - this should be a standard
Location and facilities
Additional costs to use spa and cancelling of treatment 1 hour before it was due with not alternative apart from refund (employee sickness) staff were very polite and apologetic but still very disappointing
