room was great , it had everything i needed , staff were really helpful and friendly

We checked in and instantly noticed that the AC was not working, and the small fan was inadequate to match the heat and stuffiness of the room. We reported it were toand it took follow-up reports after 3 days of a 4 night stay for the room to be changed and no further communication.
On check-out there was no feedback or questions about our stay.
Great location to break our journey to Cornwall. Loved the white company lotions in the room and the fresh milk and water refrigerators to help yourself, the breakfast was one of the best I have had lately, definitely come back again.
We were told the bar menu ran through all day for food and it was the only menu so we ate out, came back later to the restaurant staff who showed us the restaurant menu that looked delicious, if we had known we would have eaten in the restaurant!
i was impressed with the cleaniness of the room and the facilities it offered. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Love this hotel. It suits all our needs. Especially like the more upgraded rooms.
Main restaurant is a bit pricey and we haven’t always enjoyed the food for the price either. The bar suits us best to eat.
The weather The pool saunas. Outside area around pond beautiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. First room lovely, second 101 less so

Room 101 very noisy. No view outside. Other guests being very loud chatting for 20 mins in corridoor at 11.30. I asked them politely to please be quieter. No use, wish I.d complained to staff .
Also the cost is too high, other places are as good but less money.
The room was spacious and clean and gave us a good place to stay overnight in Bristol. There is also free parking on weekends which is great as you do need to drive to this hotel.
I did not like that there is an additional charge for the spa and gym as this used to be free and a lovely addition to the hotel.
The provisions for the children were very thoughtful

The interior of the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and modern throughout.
The bedrooms were a little outdated and could do with being in line with the rest of the hotel
Breakfast and welcoming receptionist
There was no air conditioner in my room with the 33 degree weather. We haven’t been told in advance about the aircon. So disappointed.
