Pros:

Hotel was okay and serving staff in resteraunt night and morning very helpful - room comfortable and general facilities good.

Cons:

For a 4 -star it was very worn around the edges and room old fashioned. This made the price for bed and breakfast very expensive, then to make it worse I was charged for parking despite being on a conference day delegate rate the day after.

Very nice, but would ask for a different suite next time.
Pros:

Close to the motorway, excellent staff, beautiful rooms. Pool facilities lovely, breakfast yummy

Cons:

Bed extremely noisy, our toddler didn’t get the activity pack as described, meetings on until 11pm.

the room was unclean and had faeces that had been there for ages in the toilet and had hardened and when I told the reception I was accused that it was my fault. I showed the picture and had to ask for room to be cleaned and for manager to call me , manager did not call me and when I asked about it on check out was told sorry I forgot

Room was nice for a double, but I'd booked a family room.

Cons:

Staff weren't helpful or friendly enough to warrant a 4 star experience. Bedroom wasn't set for a family and the staff didn't offer to make it ready. Had to return to reception multiple times with a small child for stuff that should have been present as standard. Spa was extra which was not made clear in the advert on booking.com. I was smugly told it would have been included if I'd booked direct, which was completely not helpful. Children weren't allowed in the pool on arrival, also not stated in the ad. Manager wouldn't see me until the morning at which point she thanked me for my feedback and said she'd pass it on. This went nowhere. I asked for a refund on the cost from family room to the cost of a double, but was told no because it came through booking.com. got a refund on the spa instead but I didn't feel this was enough to make up for the service. Not worth the money at all.

Our bedroom was beautiful and very spacious...lovely outside grounds .

Pros:

Excellent pool and hot tub. Staff there were very helpful.

Breakfast was so so, although Greek yoghourt and fruit were appreciated. An omelette should not be made like a pizza in a pizza pan with mushrooms scattered on top!

Brilliant stay
Pros:

The room was in a quiet part of the hotel overlooking the pond. It was a brilliant spot. The room was made up extremely well and clean. The gentleman on reception was extremely professional al and polite. We really couldn't find fault

Cons:

The "puffed crackling" on the belly pork was not edible..........so when this is the only fault you could find it is very minimal in the grand scheme of things.
