Beautifully decorated, lovely public areas with drinks and food available. Very comfortable room. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Great restaurant and good breakfast options.

I'd stay there again but would bring a sheet with me.
Pros:

The first time the room was good but the second it was outstanding. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was no top sheet only a comforter. That made it too hot to sleep. Every night I had to pull the comforter out of the cover.

Perfect location, amenities, restful and peaceful.
Pros:

This location is perfect for getting around Edinburgh. We walked to Stockbridge to go to the Sunday market, to the Royal mile, and Dean Village. There are wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, running trails, and parks all within a stones throw from the front door.

Cons:

The bed was very hard.

Pros:

Uitstekend afgewerkte kamers, goede bedden, prima ontbijt, fijne ligging in het centrum van de stad op loopafstand van Princesstreet, de goede (betaalde) parkeermogelijkheid.

Cons:

In de vroege ochtend zijn, in ieder geval in de souterreinkamers zoals nummer 5, de geluiden van omliggende kamers storend: wc doortrekken, lopen op de vloer erboven.

Ein luxuriöses & komfortables Haus. Unsere Junior Suite war sehr ansprechend, das Frühstück perfekt & die Bar gut bestückt, mit guten Öffnungszeiten. Auch das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war perfekt.

This is a gorgeous property and very quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and had a great view.

We stayed one night, transferred from the B+B, 6 AM flight. I regret not having more time to spend, it was a wonderful hotel. The staff scheduled a 3 AM cab with no problems whatsoever. We made our plane. Bravo!
