Schöner Raum mit enttäuschendem Service. Schwaches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Große, elegante Zimmer im Schottischen style mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Sehr gute Lage nahe Innenstadt aber in ruhiger Gegend.

Cons:

Die Mehrheit des Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht professional. Einfache Anfragen, wie ein Cappuccino zum Frühstück, wurden mit muffigen und bösen Augen entgegengenommen. Frühstücksauswahl ist für den Preis zu wenig, gehen Sie lieber extern essen. Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok aber nicht der Preisklasse entsprechend (etwas Schimmel in der Dusche). Insgesamt, ist das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis etwas schwach, da extras wie ein Spa oder Fitness fehlen.

Beautiful bed and breakfast feel in Old Town Edinburgh
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to the attractions in the Royal Mile area, but away from all the noise. Beautiful Georgian architecture, with a bed and breakfast feel. The staff was gracious and accommodating. I recommend reserving a time for afternoon tea! Truly loved that experience. Comfortable and elegant rooms.

Cons:

The bed was more of a full/queen size, and a king size would have been slightly more comfortable, but that was my mistake when choosing a room! Honestly, we slept quite well each night no matter what.

It was our wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have spent it in a better hotel. Lovely memories!
Pros:

The ambience. Wonderful views . Quiet location . Lovely comfortable room with all amenities.Excellent links to city centre. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was full of choice and of excellent quality.

Cons:

We liked the property very much.

Tolles, royales Hotel im Stadtkern mit außergewöhnlicher Austattung und bemerklichem Frühstück.
Pros:

Gute Lage im Stadtkern. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Saubere, royal/majestätische Zimmer. Es lief sogar klassische Musik, als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Sehr leckeres, besonderes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmergröße etwas klein, zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig. Personal wirkt sehr neu, noch nicht voll ausgebildet.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely restaurant and bar. Our room was large and spacious with beautiful high ceilings and chandelier. Nice and comfortable bed and bedding. Large bathroom with great shower and hot water. Robe and slippers provided. Everyday housekeeping did a great job stocking water and milk in the fridge and chocolate on your pillow. Coffee and tea maker in the room. Beautiful windows with plenty of light. Just a beautiful hotel. 20 min walk to Old town. Easy to get a cab or Uber. Highly recommend.
