Beautifully furnished and decorated room. Breakfast was excellent.

The location
This hotel is supposed to be 5* but unfortunately falls short on many aspects. My room was tired and lacked a wow factor. Front desk staff were good but the check-in area is too small and can be crowded/long wait if there are many people.
The breakfast was lacking for a 5* - frozen berries and a poor selection of healthy options (no seeds, Bircher etc). Staff were also inconsistent at breakfast- I was not offered toast day 1, I ordered toast but didn’t receive it day 2, I got 2 veggie sausages with my breakfast day 1, only one the next day! Overall, it was a pleasant stay but I would not return for the reasons stated.
Great from the moment of entering to leaving. Room was great, little extras such as Radio playing, telescope for the view all made the occasion.

Ce petit hôtel au cachet très typique est situé dans un environ calme et très agréable. Propre, bien décoré et confortable, son personnel est fort sympathique.
Pour les gens qui ont des problèmes de mobilité, l’hôtel est à une certaine distance de marche du centre. Mais aucune problème pour nous.
Excellent in every respect!
Great location beautiful area and within walking distance to shops etc. We got junior suite and it was really good. They had beautiful shampoo, conditioner soap etc. A chocolate was left on your pillow daily and fresh water and crisps. Breakfast was great especially the kippers.

Upon on arrival we were greeted from the reception staff and concierge. We arrived quite early before check in, asking if we could store our luggage. The staff obliged and even checked if we could access the room, but wasn't ready, which wasn't a problem .
When we returned to the hotel at reception we were greeted once again. Unsure of hes name, a very professional member of your team, ( French Man ) couldn't do enough for us and made the stay throughout a warm and comfortable stay.
I really can't find any negatives with the stay and will look forward seeing the team the next time we stay. All the team were accommodating, friendly and professional.
