Luxury without the stuffiness of other hotels offering this standard
Pros:

Grand building and spacious rooms with all the facilities required for a luxurious stay. Location on a quieter road in the west end was perfect. About ten minutes walk from Princes Street and a bit further from the castle and galleries. We don’t mind this though as those areas were busier and noisier. We’d asked for a quiet room and that was what we got, even though it was at the front of the property. Staff were excellent, especially Lucas and Chris at reception who went out of their way to make our stay even better with recommendations and were so helpful.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. Only reason I dropped a point from the score was the price of the restaurant food which was a tad high. With dreek weather we stayed in a couple of nights and the quality was good just a little pricey by comparison to restaurants.

Amazing!
Pros:

Amazing hotel in a really stunning, immaculately furnished building. The staff were great and attentive, with rooms that were spacious and well-stocked. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for two more nights!

Beautiful Bonham
Pros:

Staff decor location and comfort. A beautiful historic hotel. Loved everything. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

We had half finished milk in our fridge and opened water... quickly sorted. Not an issue.

Lovely hotel. Very classy. Service by staff could have been much better. Issue with booking/bill.
Pros:

Stunning building, decor and very Scottish feel without being in your face.

Cons:

A bit stuffy. There was an issue about breakfast not being covered for the two people staying in each room which didn’t make sense & I felt was a fault of theirs at booking stage. It was a very expensive overnight and breakfast should have been covered for both guests in each room (not just one guests in each room?!).

Struttura bellissima e personale accogliente. Ho fatto una sorpresa per i 30 anni di mia sorella ed è riuscita alla grande, la camera era impeccabile. In 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la royal mile, per cui se si ama una passeggiata va bene anche la posizione

It was clean, quiet, and quite comfortable.

Cons:

We were given a room on the -1 floor, so it was a bit dark. The window view was facing the stairs leading outside, which wasn’t very pleasant.
