great value for the room provided!!
Pros:

really good value for a last minute stay like my own. the rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of fresh towels provided, and the bed was comfy enough for a decent rest. the walls are also not too thin so your stay shouldn’t be ruined by other guests, exceptions there of course, maybe we got lucky!!! the receptionist was great help and kind too :)

Cons:

there is no aircon in the rooms so please be wary of this if staying over during the heatwave like myself!! there is a plug in standing fan in the room which is better than nothing, but the cord barely reaches the bed.

Better than satisfactory.
Pros:

Breakfast was good,neighbourhood is getting redeveloped (I can see why), easy access to transport and other infrastructure and property could do with a little tlc which looks like it's starting to happen.
P.s excellent price.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a little attention,neighbourhood will benefit from the ongoing redevelopment.
