Excellent in all aspects.
Pros:

Superb stay. Great price and location. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good location.

Cons:

For this price, it exceeded my expectations, but obviously, it's not the Ritz.

Great at first, rapidly deteriorating as time went by.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair, apart for one day, because apparently not enough clients in the hotel to run the buffet breakfast

Cons:

The bar area, open and closing times, open at 5 pm closing maybe 10pm depending on how many guests booked in, the hotel seemed to be quite full at all times, but apparently this was because it was mainly bookings from Sheffield city council, I don’t know if these bookings were allowed in the bar area?. I booked out three days early due to, undesirable people which were too loud and extremely argumentative that had been booked onto the landing I was staying on.

Overall positive experience
Pros:

Was a little expensive but understand as it is next to the football stadium. Breakfast was very nice. We checked in very late (4am) and the staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room the following morning.

Amazing staff - especially the Eritrian lady
Pros:

The staff are amazing the 2 ladies who worked at the reception in the evening of the 3rd and the 4th were just amazing....made me smile and changed my day completely. Thanks for your amazingness you made it special for me

Cons:

Just that my stay was short. I'm definitely returning.
