It was okay. A bit tired and a bit of a walk from town but reasonable for the price.
Tired room and bed a bit hard. The TV was tiny for the room and there wasn’t any aircon. In the middle of a heatwave so very uncomfortable.
The location was good
Had to pay for parking .. no air con in room only a fan .. it was a heat wave and the room was like a sauna .. no fridge to keep drinks cool no biscuits with tea n coffee .. lifts broke for 1 day of the 2 days we were there and on 1 occasion key fob wouldn’t work to open the doors
Good value and nice features like iron and ironing board also found the staff very helpful.
A little dated ( shower in bath) and situated a little far from public trsnsport.
It was fine for what we needed
Cheap okay to stay.
Clean sheets
Water and complementary tea bags on arrival.
Came for an advent close by - Restaurant and bar area was closed so and we couldn’t check in so no where to get ready.
Small toilets in communal area.
Seating area downstairs wasn’t great and had a funny smell.
Close to home but I was not happy with reception when I checked in was a given a room been in it 30 minutes when someone walked room had been booked twice I had nothing on so not happy with that
Great for one night, great location next to Victoria Quays, cheap, rooms were clean and spacious
No fan in room despite it being one of the hottest days of the year, however slept fine
Location and the fan in the room
The car park was full so we paid to stay in the multi-storey, however we came back to cars literally abandoned in the drop off zone and others in the disabled bays with no blue badges and on the pavement I feel this should be managed better,
Room size was big, with a big bathroom, and it had both a bath and shower. Tea and coffee facilities are a must!
For Sheffield, the view wasn't too bad. And great pillows on the bed

Location was great short walk into Sheffield and near station. Parking was fine as well and at £10 a day good value. I thought the staff were outstanding and so friendly
It was unbearably hot. Even at night when it was so much cooler outside it was scorching hot inside and made me feel really unwell. I had a fan on me all night and it was still mega hot. I’d say if it’s colder then it’s a top hotel to stay in but when it’s hot it’s not good
