Standard of hotel and position were excellent.
Bar area could do with a few comfortable chairs to relax in.
Great location and very handy for all Sheffield's central facilities. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tea/Coffee always available. Room rate very competitive and we'd definitely book again.
Despite notices to the contrary, towels were changed every day - un-necessary and we had followed the instructions on leaving them to ensure they were not changed. View from hotel over the river was great but the other direction not so good - not the hotel's fault! Development underway which will improve it with time.
The room was as expected from this lovely chain.

Easy to get to. Parking on site or round the back in ncp carpark. Quiet location. Tram service and busses very nearby.
Clean , comfortable, lovely friendly staff. Extra tea and coffee to help yourself to in the foyer.
Couldn't fault it.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff were really pleasant and helpful.
The bathroom was old and tired, the shower didn't get hot and only dribbled water out.
