Good value for the money paid. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Too hot in the room, but fans provided.
We stay at The Dragonfly quite often when visiting family. This time we had one of the new 'standard double' rooms and we were very pleased.
Everything we needed.

Staff were polite and friendly rooms clean and comfortable parking good
Nothing all was well presented
The hotel environment, staff warm inviting, helpful. Restaurant on site. Parking and plenty of spaces for that. Easy to find! Accessible to bury Town and other places. Sainsburys near by. Will be staying again.
Plug not near enough the mirror ,so will bring an extention next time.
Location was good but road noise not ideal unless you select a room furthest from the main road.
The fire alarm was set off on Sunday morning at 9.00am! Not ideal.
Terrible smell throughout the hotel.
Food all fried and not great at all - small choices.
Perfect for our needs. Comfy bed.
Hard to regulate the shower temperature, otherwise all good.
The room did have everything expected to be in a hotel room. The one encounter I had with members of staff was very helpful.
The room was extremely hot. The window only opened a few inches but having that opened i could hear everything else from outside. There was no AC only a fan.
I was woken up every hour from either doors slamming or just simply hearing absolutely everything and also it just being so hot!
The fire alarm being set off at 9am on a sunday.
I left the hotel very tired, a little annoyed about the rude awakening including the fire alarm.
The hotel is ideally situated for access to Bury St Edmunds town centre
It is clean and very well run
The staff are lovely, one young lady called Annia , I think, was very nice, helpful and friendly
I have been there several times and will continue to use it

Clean and tidy, good location if you don’t mind being a little out of town. The walk into town was pleasant with footpaths all the way into the cathedral gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The food in the restaurant was a little disappointing but not expensive so overall it was OK
The location is ideal for us.
The meal in the evening off the main menu was lovely.
Not enough staff at times,
Breakfast buffet ,was barely ok.
Desserts definitely over priced.
Beds are rock hard.
People closing their doors as they have to push them shut quite hard which is annoying when your trying to sleep.
We found a long black hair amongst the hand towel when unwrapped.
Good location lots of parking
Room was very hot had to open window then the road was busy so lots of noise
