Rip off Hotel.
Pros:

Stay away from this hotel. I parked for 20 minutes and got a parking ticket for £100. What a con I bet the hotel gets commission for all the poor sods that get ripped off. Look for a cheaper place to stay like Travel Lodge, or Holiday Inn or tent it will be cheaper.

Excellent value, enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, normal shower not one over a bath, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Could do with better lighting in room (no main light)

Pros:

Good location nice entrance big car park and also nice looking hotel from the front again Easy location to Kings Lynn ideal to get to various places in the area clean tidy and nice reception

Cons:

Nothing easy access room is on ground floor everything was ideal five stars all round nothing to not like about the place

Have stayed several times before and is good value for money.
Pros:

Bed comfortable. Good quality tea in room (very important), with two choices. Breakfast looked good. I only had yoghurt and fruit which was fine. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was very clean but the main shower wouldn’t stay up. Completely forgot to advise staff on checkout.

Overall good and would stay again but a few things let it down
Pros:

Great parking, nice welcoming entrance, pleasant helpful staff and clean. Good breakfast

Cons:

Stayed with a friend for an event so chose twin room. Beds were so narrow and we both felt we were going to fall out of our beds. Additionally there were only very thin pillows

not enough staff, had to wait to check in and be served at the bar. cutlery was not very clean and cooked breakfast was not very hot .

Peaceful comfortable good food
Pros:

Location perfect room excellent very comfortable staff lovely food well my husband had steak three nights running as he said it was cooked to perfection and good value Definately will be back
