Felt right at home.

The staff was incredible, and I felt they went the extra mile. Helped us with our pram up and down the entrance. Such friendly people.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff were helpful.
Fluffy robes were a treat. As well as coffee pod machine. A very nice stay with amazing rate.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Well located and well priced. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The on site restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable prices. Room was large and bed was comfortable

Comfortable, and very pleaant staff, it is like arriving home when away from home.
Pros:

Home from home as a regular visitor.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower suddenly ran ice cold while under the water, someone else must have opened a tap somewhere. It took a couple of minutes to get hot again. Not sure if the hot water system is a balanced system or not?
