Good place to stay
Pros:

Good location, plenty of free parking, good bar area with friendly staff, nice clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with a good selection. Can't think of anything negative to say seems to be a well run hotel

Pros:

Camera bellissima spaziosa letti comodissimi.

Cons:

La piscina gli spogliatoio erano all'esterno per lavori e pioveva e abbiamo dovuto cambiarci fuori e fare la passerella sotto la pioggia. Ci hanno fatto pagare le cuffie. Visto il disagio potevano almeno regalarcele.

Piccole suite con tutto quello che serve per preparare del cibo veloce quando si viaggia con bambini.

Cons:

Piscina un po’ sporca ma ci avevano anticipato con una mail che a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione ci sarebbero stati alcuni disagi.

Pros:

Decent breakfast. Large rooms. All wait staff are attentive and kind.

Cons:

Terrible location outside of Limerick. Room had inadequate lighting. The clerk at the desk was less than welcoming. Parking is not convenient to the hotel.

Decidedly underwhelmed for a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Room was a good size for the 4 of us. Location perfect for my son's UL graduation.

Cons:

Toilet roll did not have a holder, just left loose. Stains on carpet, furniture chipped. Leisure centre was a construction area. Had to change in a port-a-cabin and no soap in the leisure centre showers.

Zimmer war um 1600 nicht fertig, die Dame am Empfang teilte uns eher unfreundlich mit, dass 1600 nur eine Richtzeit ist, mh!
