Memories we will keep forever

This review is a little late due to life getting in the way, but we absolutely need to write one for this team and hotel!

We stayed at the Premier Hotel this past January for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, but the real highlight was the hospitality.

The team here was genuinely helpful. We had a bit of a panic regarding a last-minute visa we hadn't realised we needed, and Jeffrey was brilliant, assisting us with the necessary invoices to get it sorted.

There are honestly too many names to mention, but Jeffrey, Zola, Zuthu, and Langa on the front desk were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Zola also did a great job of organising a shark diving trip for us.

The team went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. They surprised her with a cake and a song during breakfast, which was a really kind gesture. We also had the chance to meet the General Manager and Operations Manager who were both equally impressive and lovely.

The staff are incredibly warm-hearted and ensured we had the best possible stay. If we visit Cape Town again, we will 100% be staying here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service in the city.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating with specific requests like holding packages for me. They helped to find a rental car for me and always insisted on helping with bags. I got a sea view room and it did not disappoint.
