Despite the hotel offering secure parking, all bays were occupied, resulting in many guests—including myself—having to park on the street. The television in the room was outdated, with very limited channels and extremely poor picture quality.
I was also under the impression that my package included breakfast. Only later did I discover that it did not. After revisiting the Booking.com listing, I noticed that several packages priced similarly to mine did include breakfast, which suggests that guests need to check each option very carefully to avoid confusion.
Before my stay, I received an email from the hotel asking about the purpose of my visit and how they could make it more special. I informed them that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary, but nothing came of it. This left me wondering why the question was asked if no action was taken.
