Comfortable hotel with a perfect location.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. We shall stay here again. It was actually quite quiet at night although the hotel is close to the very busy road next to the promenade.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hair dryer in my room was not working. The lid of the kettle was broken, but after we reported the kettle they brought a new one immediately.

My overall experience was not value for money.
Cons:

1. The window in my room was tough to open, I had to ask my husband to open it at it was not moving smoothly. It is almost impossible to open it.
2. The basin drain seemed to be blocked as the water was not moving. It took a while to let the water go. You have to wait for the drain to clear.
3. Toilet paper was not refilled during our stay by house keeping as I had to go ask for some at the reception.
4. The reception didn't provide us with relevant info upon arrival as I didn't even know that the reception contact number was 9 from the room telephone.
5. The entire room lighting was bad. There was a big lamp to use but surprisingly it was not plugged. There was no close by cord to plug the light so I had to unplug something to use the light.
