Pros:

The location for everything I needed was perfect.
The facilities were excellent. I’m returning in May and will always use Coppid Beach when I need to be in the area.

Perfect
Pros:

We have used your hotel for many years. I was at a conference in the first few months of it opening. It was amazing and gradually in went downhill but what you have all done over the last 2-3 years is truly amazing pushed the hotel almost back to where it was.

Apart for some great and much needed refurbishment which has been kept in keeping to the original John Nike design and concept, the staff have really upped their game. In particular the events sales staff who were intolerable are now excellent.

Of course a massive shout out to Jane who after 30 years is still serving with a cheeky smile and making everyone feel welcome. Mark on the reception desk in the night was also great at gettign everything reorganised with our booked after we messed it up. Love his sense of humour. Whoever the lady was that looked after our room also deserves a massive shout out. The unsung heros who made the room look great and kept it clean.

Many others were amazing. Such as the security staff in the Apres and Keller - they just get the balance right!

Overall it was an A1+ stay.

There is so much more that I could witter on about in terms of improvements.

Cons:

WIth so much improvement over the last 2-3 years its tough to gripe about anything but for me the thing I love about having a day off and staying over at a hotel is the breakfast. Sadly, although the room is great, the breakfast is sort of the minimum one might expect for such a fantastic hotel.

No continental offerings to speak of (cheese and hams) - limited fruit - no real greek yoghurt - not a lot of pastries on offer - no cranberry - etc

As said - its a minor thing and we would not think about going elsewhere in Bracknell/Wokingham but an improvement would be welcome.
