Skip breakfast and it’s a top place to stay
Pros:

Great location
Excellent choice of meals in the Aspen resto.
Really nice, friendly and efficient staff
My room was the willow suite.
This has been refurbished and was beautifully appointed including the bathroom. Only criticism is there was no makeup/shaving mirror which essential when your eyesight isn’t great.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was not good, no cold meats or cheeses or nuts and seeds. Very English 1980s. I dont eat fried food but my colleague did and similarly disappointed.

Great 2 nights stay for the family, close to LEGOLAND and chessington which made our weekend extra special!
Pros:

Everything!

Room size for our family of 6 was amazing! Beds super comfy, facilities great! Kids loved a swim! And breakfast is fantastic! This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Pros:

Room was spotlessly clean.
Staff were very helpful.
Excellent value for money.
A short drive into Bracknell town for restaurants.
Spa was nice.
Tea,, coffee and bottles of water in room.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, not much variety and tasted bland.
A fridge in the room would have been a great extra.

Pros:

Very luxurious hotel, lovely and comfortable and clean, plenty of parking.

Cons:

My room only had “down” quilts to which I am allergic. No other option / blanket in my room so went without.

Nice Room, just won't come back due the reason stated above.
Pros:

The hotel room was amazing and you could tell that it has just had a refurb.

Cons:

The swimming pool itself was good along with all the other amenities ie: jacuzzi, now this is where it gets interesting, we only spent around 10 minutes in the facility itself as we had other guests getting very frisky in the jacuzzi !! this was not just gentle fumbling, this was full on, right in front of us, we asked them to stop immediately, my wife said very angry, (Do you think this is appropriate as kids are in the pool. they then moved to the sauna to carry on. This was reported to the pool reception, nothing was done. This was then reported to the main reception who were horrified, again, we didn't get any feed back, not even an sorry. Don't get me wrong, this is not the hotel staff fault for what guests get up to, but it would have been nice for the staff to try and engage with said guest to get them to stop.

Great stay
Pros:

Smart and comfortable room. Lovely shower. Breakfast times great, and choices fab. Everything needed. Helpful staff and very polite. Recommended and have booked 3 days over Christmas.

Cons:

Only gripe was no mirror for dressing/table or desk area, which would have been useful for applying make up or doing hair. Was long wall hung mirror so we coped!
