Ok but not worth the price.
Pros:

Decent location and nice property in general.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Advertised as electric charging station but only had 2 for the size of the place and only 1 was working so had to drive to find a supercharger, staff were unaware of this when it could have saved time if communicated by other departments.

No usb ports, needs an upgrade.

Bedside table light and normal lights kept flickering and bedside table light didn’t even work.

Stains on chairs and curtains.

Good service, poor room standard of room.
Pros:

Service was very good.

Cons:

The room was very tired, bathroom lights were either not working or flickering. No telephone in room to contact reception from room. Not enough sockets near the bed and no electronic charging points.

Welcoming, spacious with great facilities and nice food.
Pros:

The hotel was spacious and the bar and dining room were tastefully decorated offering good quality food. The room was great too; spacious and comfortable beds but less modern than the rest of the hotel. It was perfect for our trip to the nearby Watermill Theatre.

Cons:

The Spa was good but busy on a bank holiday weekend.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, spa facilities, pool, and bar/eating areas very nice.

Cons:

Toilet was difficult to use, on check out others reported same (long term thick layer of limescale within toilet and very poor flush).

Payment app failed to work at any point- for bar, spa, treatment bookings.

Only seemed to have vegan food on room service on the sat night?

Saw that there was a 645 available to eat and so we quickly went to bar for food. Sat down to be rushed and asked to order asap as busy - yet time was available on booking app. There was an event happening so I get your busy but we've also paid as hotel guests to stay for the weekend. Also kids from the event kept running up and down the hallway, I spoke to them to stop, but they would have been running back and forth past reception so I was a bit peeved that the staff hadn't said anything and I had to go out to ask them to be quiet and stop slamming doors.

Staff, food and room excellent, disappointed with the spa
Pros:

Staff and restaurant were great, weloming, very comfy bedroom, and evening meal was delicious. Mia in the restaurant was great.

Cons:

The spa was tired, there were floor tiles missing and you could catch your bare toes on the holes, the jacuzzi - which I'd specifically chosen the spa for - was not working, the pool was a tad chilly.
