Relaxing, nature filled experience

The room was clean. The place is on a beautiful farm estate surrounded by nature. The lake view from my room was spectacular.

Nice stay - unique feeling
Pros:

Colonial luxury style. Breakfast and diner based on rich buffet .Space to walk and feel secure.

Cons:

Location is on county side- for Business or Touristic - rent a car is must to have.Rooms are on “ bungalow “ level spread around properties- lot of walks ti reach main building/- not handy if you have a rain.

A beautiful and relaxing escape into modern country living
Pros:

The property was picturesque. The view of the big pond was beautiful and it’s nestled in a serene area. You wouldn’t know you’re a 2 minute drive from the city! The spa and gym area make it an ideal place to rest, with two beautiful pools to choose from. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay special for an occasion, and ensured it was peaceful.

The rooms, the atmosphere. The food too was delicious and fresh

Cons:

The restaurant staff serving breakfast were extremely rude and unprofessional. Although my Booking.com reservation included breakfast, the guest was excluded, which was disappointing. The ladies I encountered at the restaurant were particularly rude in their manner of speaking and how they treated us. The experience was unpleasant and fell far below the standard of customer service expected from a hospitality establishment. Management needs to address both the breakfast arrangements and the staff’s attitude towards guests.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY IT WAS, IN A LAID-BACK ESTABLISHMENT.
Pros:

Clean spacious room. The food was up to standard, considering that we were also accommodated despite having arrived very late from the wedding celebration we attended, almost outside the staff working hours.

Cons:

It was a bit cold on the night and the blanket provided to us did not fit the profile of the establishment. Hope they do better in this area going forward.
