The best location in Knysna, close to everything. Beautiful gardens. Set at the bottom of hills offering forest views.

Clean and comfortable
There was no hot buffet breakfast available on one of the days we stayed. We could only order eggs.
The spacious rooms, the garden, the staff. Location is in Safe area. App 5 min drive from centre.
No water views from the hotel.
The natural environment it offers,the tranquility.

Excellent staff, beautiful gardens, large room, comfy bed, good in room facilities, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant for dinner
Room 38 smelt very musty and had a dehumidifier in the room which didn't seem to be very effective. I suspect the rooms proximity to the pond/hollow may be a contributing factor.

Facilities and service are top notch! It also has stunning views and perfect ambience overall.
Though the breakfast is great the actual dining and menu options are not the best in Knysna has to offer. They can improve on reducing the portions so as to prioritise quality over quantity

The bed had a very lumpy mattress protector which made it a little uncomfortable. After telling the cleaning staff about it they did not change it after promising to do so
