Really spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and nice garden with two pools and sunbeds. Great choices for breakfast.
The whole experience was perfect, the place and staff and facilities were exceptional
Frühstück war gut. Die "Bungalows", in den man nächtigt, waren riesig und sehr sauber.
Es gab die Möglichkeit, sich Fahrräder auszuleihen, um damit in die Stadtmitte zu fahren. Können wir jedem nur empfehlen.
Viele Familien mit Kindern war in dem Hotel untergebracht.

No gym. WiFi sometimes dropped out.
The 2 of us were part of a group bus tour of South Africa (tour company called Trafalgar) and stopped here for 2 nights.
The rooms were spacious with a little balcony in front, 2 pools, I for families and a 2nd smaller pool for possibly adults (too small, if someone's in there already).
The gardens were nice, spread out and well-maintained. There were some birds around.
Food in restaurant was ok, as was the bar next to it.
There was no self-service laundry, unfortunately, as was the case in most hotels we stayed at in the country. Only 1 hotel in a town Umhlanga pronounced as "Umschlanga"(?), had a washer/dryer in the room.
So, we got hotel laundry done, quite pricey, as usual. The clothes came back pressed. However, they were not dry enough.
Megan and Cheryl in reception were good, though. Cheryl gave a little discount on the laundry bill on checkout.
We would be happy to stay there again if we ever return.
Everything was perfect! The staff was very welcoming and amazing. The size of the room and bathroom was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The unit was set in an amazing garden setting. The breakfast was good.
Because we checked in the evening, and only for one night, we couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful place. Otherwise there's absolutely nothing negative about this place.
