Second time in Knysna made sure I’ll have a 3rd!
Pros:

Facilities and service are top notch! It also has stunning views and perfect ambience overall.

Cons:

Though the breakfast is great the actual dining and menu options are not the best in Knysna has to offer. They can improve on reducing the portions so as to prioritise quality over quantity

Cons:

The bed had a very lumpy mattress protector which made it a little uncomfortable. After telling the cleaning staff about it they did not change it after promising to do so

The restaurant is a really big let down for the property. We have been coming to the the hollows for a few years now and the menu has not changed at all. Only the prices have gone up. They need better variety i.e. pizzas and chicken, chicken burgers more meat variety and better pasta variety.

We have also found that the local restaurant clientele need to have there own parking areas as the lodging guest have no where to park some days.
