Cons:

$75 for our dog was not clarified in our booking and seems excessive. Will not stay at Hampton again. Disappointing since we have been long-time customers and are Hilton Honors. I
I had to ask for an Honors bag after I questioned the $75 which was a surprise. The receptionist was a bit rude when I politely asked about the $75.

Facility was great.
Pros:

Premade omelets were just okay - scrambled eggs maybe better. All else pretty good.
Blueberry Scones were great!!!!
Coffee seemed fresh and good.

Cons:

You charged $75 for my very small dog and you couldn’t even tell she’d been there. I brought her donut bed and blanket which stayed in floor. I think that was too much.
You advertise “Pet Friendly“ but no mention of high add on cost.
