Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

Cons:

Not much of a Cead mile failte here, the girl on reception more or less looked down her nose at us.

Beautiful hotel spoilt by poor staff training.

Public areas are absolutely beautiful and comfortable at the same time.

Cons:

Unfortunately whilst having dinner in their restaurant another guest sitting at the table next to me had come straight from the gym!!
The front of house for the restaurant should have noted this and either asked him to return once appropriately dressed and more importantly showered or sat him away from others dining.
I left the restaurant taking what was left of my food with me..
On speaking with the Manager the following morning I was told that nothing could be done about this which I’m sure was not the case.

Pros:

The staff went out of their way to put extra treats in the room for my son's birthday and upgraded our room. They were very kind and accommodating.

The place itself is beautiful and is amazing for the price.
