Good location , stay had added stress due to an unhelpful receptionist

Cons:

I have a fractured ankle and use two crutches atm.
On arrival the lift was being replaced , I had to go up two flights of stairs . When room was allocated I was then told I had to go down another two flights of stairs .
When I queried about a lift I was told there was none ,and when I questioned this , I was told that if I had booked directly with them and not through booking.com they could have prioritised a more accessible room. , and as the hotel was full there was no option.
We were meeting friends in the evening and I choose to stay in my room as I was too tired after navigating stairs .
Next day I met a manager and spoke to him. (Plaudia?)He was very helpful and showed me two other lifts which I could avail.
We have stayed here before . We like the hotel .
We gad booked in advance , we should have been made aware .. and the receptionist should have been more helpful .

Loved the location as it was close to where we needed to be, rooms were lovely and clean

Cons:

One female reception staff member was so rude upon check in, & cleaners outside the room at 8am having a loud conversation while we were resting.

Excellent hotel in all aspects.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Everything you could ask for and more. The surroundings of the breakfast room are beautiful and the staff very courteous and helpful if you wanted something they would get it for you and always very polite. Great service even with major work going on on the outside of the building it did not effect anything. The builders themselves were very polite and would stop work if you were nearby and no noises inside the building.

Cons:

Toilet seat in room a bit loose.

Lovely hotel close to the airport and the DART line.
Pros:

Super fast trip from the airport and very close to the DART line. We were able to explore Dublin and then pop back to the airport very easily. We didn't try the restaurant, but their onsite pub was fantastic. The wait staff were exceptional and very helpful for picking scotches. The food was great!

Cons:

We didn't find anything lacking.

Pros:

Wasn't expecting an executive suite and lovely to get a card and chocolates as celebrating our anniversary. Was worried about parking and the staff sorted a reserved space. Very helpful on check in with bags. Really lovely staff and gorgeous comfortable, well equipped room. Thank you. Will stay again :) Great that the check out was 12noon especially when staying only one night.
