Staff - always pleasant & helpful, specifically Beatrice.
Room - excellent standards, cleanliness & amenities
Location- quiet and doesn't feel like the city yet just a walk to.
Food - enjoy both breakfast & dinner in the LineOut Bar. variety & quality of food is super.
Decor - the hotel is beautifully decorated, modern & contemporary with a hint of decadence - so comfortable & enjoyable.

Cons:

more space at electric charging area - sometimes large vehicles are parked behind the electric charging area which makes it difficult to maneuver/reverse.

Pros:

The hotel is ideally placed walking distance from RDS and Aviva. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful inside and our meal in the bar was well priced and delicious
