Mid week day spa mini break. Tucked the boxes.
Pros:

Location. Cosy. Day Spa
Excellent masssge therapist treatment. Felt relaxed and rejuvenated

Cons:

Day Spa pool was used for baby group swimming lessons. Not peaceful. Changing room had dangerously slippery floor. Falls risk. Lockers in day spa did not lock

Great location, great rooms, quality and service!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, with good sized rooms, helpful staff, a fab restaurant and great staff.

Cons:

I would suggest the continental breakfast could’ve had a few more options, with a wider array of fruit / veg and granola etc - but, understand it wasn’t the time
Of year.

Wonderful and comfortable break with delicious food and great atmosphere.
Pros:

Beautiful and well furnished hotel with gorgeous period features. Warm and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food in the restaurant exceeded my expectations and waiting staff was amazing.

Cons:

The spa, although clean and comfortable doesn’t do the property justice.

We had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to book another stay in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast met all expectations and more. Really good quality sausages, which is how I often gauge a breakfast. We had had a fab day in the city Center , shopping and museums. The Harcout Arboretum was beautiful, especially with its autumn colours.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.
All exceptional.

I will stay there again, but eat breakfast outside.
Pros:

The location and accommodations. The room was really clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was great, but too expensive. It should be added to the room price; which is already expensive.

Good apart from car park charge. It is basically a rip off tax.
Pros:

Room very good.
Breakfast very good.
Very nice location.

Cons:

Having to pay £10 to park my car, total rip off and will not be booking again until it is removed as a paying guest.
