Be aware you are only paying for the location and not a dreamy stay!
Pros:

However the location is great for getting around the city with lots of shops and nice pubs near by.

Cons:

We recently went to LDN for a week and stayed at the Dreamtel in Kensington. Spoiler Alert: It wasn't dreamy at all!
First things first the room was tiny as fuck. You could barely move around the room because it basically was just a bed. The second time we entered the bathroom we were greated by a giant cockroach. The floor boards were creeking, there was no fridge in the room, you couldn't open a window and also you couldn't access the balcony (for whatever reason...it was locked.)
It was boiling hot in the room and you could hear it VERY loudly when people from the room above us were flushing the toilet. The bed was waaaay to small for two adults. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were wobbly and the shower had a plastic basin and also there was no toilet brush or ventilation system. The light in the enterance of our room was not working, you had to turn the main light (which was all different shades of white) off by the door at night, the bedside cabinets had glass tops that would slide around. They have a smart tv in the room...it's just VERY slow and you could watch netflix on it but it doesn't work (was all just connected to Amazon prime). Not sure if that's good or bad news or if I should just cry.
Room service was ok but I guess that's the bare minimum. To top it all off there was a fire alarm at 11pm on our last night, because someone smoked in their room. Which is great when you're trying to catch some sleep because you have to go to the airport the next day. (NOT)

Letto altissimo e stretto con piumone ad una piazza su un letto a due piazze.
Staff poco portato ad aiutarti.
Abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere un secondo piumone.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny
Pros:

Lokalizacja obiektu świetna, bardzo blisko do metra i sklepów, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Było czysto, obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Nie było problemu żeby zostawić bagaż zarówno przed jak i po zameldowaniu. Dobra kawa i herbata w pokoju.

Cons:

Kilkukrotnie z niewiadomego powodu uruchomił się alarm, musieliśmy dzwonić na recepcję żeby upewnić się czy nic się nie dzieje. Na szczęście nie spaliśmy, więc nie stanowiło to bardzo dużego problemu, jednak jednego dnia było to dość późno (około 23:30) więc mógłby nas obudzić, bo normalnie o tej godzinie śpimy. Pokój był dość mały, gdybyśmy mieli duze walizki nie byłoby możliwości żeby je otworzyć. Łóżko na wysokości około metra, dla niskich osób może to stanowić problem, bo jako osoba z wzrostem 167 cm po całym dniu zwiedzania było mi ciężko żeby się wdrapać. Łazienka malutka. Suszarka w szufladzie w jednej z szafek, więc na początku nie mogłam jej znaleźć, dość stary egzemplarz, przy suszeniu było czuć spaleniznę. Wąskie korytarze, nie polecam dla osób, które mają problemy z poruszaniem się.

Fenomenal
Pros:

Aunque la habitación era pequeña tenía todo lo necesario,para que más,estaba muy limpia,el agua de la ducha tenía bastante presión, el detalle de los cafés y galletas fenomenal, si vuelvo a Londres me vuelvo a alojar aquí
