Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für Ausflüge in das Zittauer Gebirge. Das Personal beim Frühstück war super freundlich und bemüht. Die Sauna hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend

Der Ruheraum der Sauna ist nicht wirklich bequem, die Sofas fanden wir nicht gut. Ein paar Infos zum Hotel und der Umgebung auf den Zimmern wären schön

Bardzo pięknie, wygodnie i przyjemnie.
Pros:

Jego charakter. Pokój zarezerwowaliśmy w części pałacu i był on pięknie wykończony. Genialnie wygodne łóżko, piękny wystrój z dbałością o detale. Zasłony zaciemniające. Przyjemne i smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo dobrze wygłuszony pokój.

Cons:

Kłopot z odpływem wody w łazience. Gdy używało się umywalki bulgotało w prysznicu. Dodatkowo po użyciu prysznica po pewnym czasie woda zaczynała cieknąc z deszczownicy pomimo zakręcenia kurków.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem großen Park. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Zittauer Gebirge zu erkunden.

Cons:

Trotz das mit zwei Restaurants im Haus geworben wird, war es leider nicht möglich ohne Reservierung (mind. am Tag zuvor) einen Tisch zu bekommen.
Allerdings war das Hotelpersonal sofort behilflich, etwas anderes zu finden. Nur mussten wir dafür wieder extra mit dem Auto fahren, was wir uns so nicht vorgestellt hatten.

Das Ambiente, Frühstück & Sauna waren sehr gut, wir haben uns gut entspannt.

Schickes Hotel im Grünen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super lecker. Toller Blick jeden Morgen vom Bett in den wunderschön angelegten kleinen Park.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich hat uns alles gefallen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank aufm Zimmer wäre noch die Kirsche auf der Torte.
