If you would like an appointment for a treatment, we advise you to contact the hotel. Please note that the spa is accessible upon prior reservation only and for 30 minutes. Our relaxation area is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is composed of a Hammam and a Sauna free access. Towels and slippers are available for collection on site. Showers, changing rooms, and lockers are available for your convenience.. Your room reservation entitles you to unlimited access during opening hours. Super hotel en famille
Pros:

Tout ! Très bon hotel, calme, propre, spacieux. Très grandes chambre familiale avec belle salle de bain, et Un beau spa et une salle de sport. Personnel très agréable et réactif.

Franchement, rien.

Un petit déjeuner très varié, avec des produits frais, locaux ou faits sur place. Literie très confortable. Salle de bains très lumineuse. Chambre insonorisée. Située à proximité de la gare. Parkings publics payants à proximité, sinon parking privé de l'hôtel sur réservation. Personnel souriant et très réactif. J'ai l'intention de renouveler mon expérience.

Mooi hotel met een redelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Mooi hotel gelegen naast het centrum. Kleine privéparkeerplaats direct achter het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Spa is klein, maar wordt goed onderhouden. Restaurant heeft kleine kaart, maar gerechten zijn van goede kwaliteit.

Cons:

Ik kreeg een kleine kamer. Toiletzitting zat gevaarlijk los. Aan het tafeltje gaan zitten in de kamer vereist een gymnastische oefening. De prijzen in het restaurant zijn aan de hoge kant.

Hat uns aufgrund einiger Mängel nicht überzeugt, trotz zentraler Lage beim Bahnhof.
Pros:

Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel. Wir konnten auf Anfrage viel früher einchecken, 12.00 Uhr statt 15.00 Uhr - das war sehr gut. Lage zentral beim Bahnhof. Zimmer in Ordnung für den Preis.

Cons:

Bar öffnet erst um 19.30 Uhr wie das Restaurant, obwohl auf Booking.com steht, dieses sei von 12.00 -22.00 Uhr geöffnet. D.h. es gibt höchstens Snacks, Kaffee, Softdrinks oder Wein bis um 19.30 Uhr. Personal an der Reception teilweise sachlich-freundlich, teilweise desinteressiert. Vorhang im Zimmer liess sich nicht ganz zuziehen, dadurch war es ziemlich hell. Toilettensitz war auf einer Seite lose und verrutschte ständig. Wasserdruck in der Dusche mehr als lahm. Überhaupt beengte Verhältnisse im Bad.

La personne a l’accueil le samedi soir

Semblait complètement débordée alors qu’il y avait notre Check in à faire et un client qui attendait une facture

De plus on nous a fait payer 2 fois le parking et les taxes de séjour

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse.
Restaurant : menu du soir et personnel très bien

Cons:

Le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable même pour 2 enfants.
L'espace petit déjeuner mériterai une meilleure organisation car espace exigu et circulation des clients n’est pas aisée.
