Une étape agréable
Pros:

La chambre était très propre et confortable.
Le personnel à l'acceuil était avenant et réactif.
Le sauna était bien chaud.
L'hotel a également un restaurant très sympatique dans lequel nous avons diné.

Cons:

Le service du petit déjeuner était catastophique. Les tables n'était pas remise sn eplace après le départ des client, il manquait de la vaisselle (aucun coquetier pour les oeufs durs malgrès nos demandes), le réassort de certains produit a également dû etre réclamé. Ce n'est qu'après l'arrivée de la manager que l'équipe s'est soudainement activée.
Le hammam était malheureusement tiède ce qui n'était pas très agréable.

Ruhiger, netter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer ganz oben. Das Bett war groß und gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die vierte Etage ist vom dritten Stock aus nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Das Restaurant ist nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Nice locations, place need more cleaning and renovations but good for short stay.
Pros:

The locations was nice, we could find delicious restaurants very easy. The room was big, confortable bed.

Cons:

The place was just cleaned, the toilet, bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. Also looks like the room needed renovation as the doors were dirty. The toilet old.
