Pros:

Everything, from the receptionist to the food we ate. The room was nice and big. Food was out of this world. The service was excellent. Keep up the good work.

It was good, the staff was very nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the CTICC, since I was.
Pros:

The room was clean, and house-keeping came in daily. My stay was very peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

There were no directions on how to use the phone. I had to walk downstairs to reception to ask for an iron. The area isn't safe to walk at night.

Pros:

房间空间宽敞舒适，有空调制暖，有书桌办公，水压也比较大，淋浴很舒适，有浴缸，还可以泡澡，房间采光和通风都非常好，酒店地段也很便利，距离waterfront很近

没有洗衣机，如果房间里能提供洗衣机，那就完美了

Hotel is on an awkward side street- difficult for cars to get there

Great staff. Terrible location for solo female travellers felt very unsafe in the evenings
Pros:

The hotel itself was perfectly acceptable. All the amenities you would expect and need and the staff were lovely and very kind. No issues with the hotel itself.

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of a building site. I felt very unsafe in the evenings. Lots of homeless and drug addicts wandering around. Very dirty outside and lots of rats openly running around. Mobile TB/HIV clinic for the homeless parked by the back entrance. Multiple Uber drivers said they did not feel safe picking up from the location.
Not suitable at all for solo female business travellers.
