Gorgeous hotel, great staff and perfect location!

The Hotel Jerome just keeps getting better and better. I grew up around the Roaring Fork Valley, so have seen various iterations of this hotel over my life, but I think this one might be its best life yet! The hotel is decorated perfectly, the rooms are spacious, but the staff are where it really shines!! Peter on the front desk absolutely made our stay - he always had a smile for us, but, uniquely, made you feel as if he had a vested interest in the enjoyment of your holiday. It didn’t feel like he was just putting on a nice face for his shift - he seemed a genuinely caring guy who went above and beyond for everyone he interacted with. He very kindly arranged for a little extra gift for us when we left which was just the cherry on top! We did have a little confusion with our luggage which took about 6 hours to find its way to our room, but the cocktails in the main bar and the lovely servers while we were waiting made us forget the hassle from that! It’s obviously a luxury hotel that comes with a luxury price but think Hotel Jerome justifies it with their attention to detail and exceptional employees. It often reminded me of an American version of Gleneagles and I think the new GM (who is also lovely, of course!) will continue to see it go from strength to strength. We can’t wait to come back!

Location is central to the town, staff is accommodating and will take you anywhere anytime in Aspen. J Bar is legendary. Staff is very attentive. Tips are included in all tabs. A piece of old Aspen exists (with modern updates & conveniences) !

Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place!

One jacuzzi didn’t work.
In the past at night I would get special things Like a cookie or hot coco. That no longer happens. The maid would come way too early. Like 8 am. And wake me.
The tea service in the room was great. The soda choice in the fridge was not enough. Only one ginger ale

We loved out stay in Jerome hotel. This is a beautiful iconic hotel and the staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the lobby and living room is warm and cozy. The only issue was that our room was facing the main street and we could hear cars and noise at night but overall we had a lovely time in the hotel.

Amazing staff on par with some of the best hotels in the world. Rooms are as expected in a top tier property.

This was possibly the most pleasant stay experience I have ever had. The staff at this location makes the experience wonderful from the moment you step onto the property. I have had the privilege of traveling quite extensively and the Hotel Jerome scores higher than almost every other location with their professionalism, service and hospitality.

Enjoyed the dining, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is central Aspen so perfect for our visit.

Be prepared to pay top dollar for everything. Only water was complementary. Other high end hotels in the area do not nickel and dime to the same extent. Trust me, I can afford to pay ridiculous prices but it does taint the experience.
