Warm welcoming and wrap around commfort in a hotel that felt lik home despite never seeing it before
Pros:

The honesty bars and pantries such a delightful touch. The veranda looking out to sea was idyllic.
The staff who checked us in so warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was over the main road. The nois was too much to be able to sleep with the windows open which is our normal habit. The loose manhole cover in the road outside our room didn't help, but this was hardly the hotel's fault.

Gostamos muito! Recomendamos!
Pros:

Gostei de tudo! Embora seja uma construção antiga, está super bem conservada, limpa e muito charmosa. Bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom! E o dia todo tem uma mesa com chá, café, pasteis de nata e outras coisinhas de gentileza. Funcionárias ótimas, simpáticas e atenciosas! Tem varias salas que dá para ficar conversando ou lendo ou tomando algo, inclusive um agradável pátio interno

Cons:

Sentimos falta de barra de apoio no banheiro, pois não tem chuveiro fora da banheira ! Item essencial para qualquer idade, pois sempre é um risco entrar e sair (principalmente sair de uma banheira molhada). É uma coisa muito simples de resolver.

Pros:

Big room and huge comfortable bed, very quiet, great shower, kind staff, good breakfast and a lovely peaceful view from the top floor library terrace. Indoor parking on site.

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely touches like complimentary port, coffee and tea and pastries.
Pros:

We loved the courtyard for Breakfast and the balcony was perfect to come back to after a long day walking and sight seeing.

A wonderfull, four day introduction to Lisbon and Portugal.
Pros:

This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have experienced over 60 years of travelling. It was spacious, quiet,and well located. Breakfast was excellent, and available until noon. The staff were exceptionally helpful and diligent.

Cons:

I would be hard pressed to find fault of any consequence.

Pros:

Das Personal was ausgeprochen freundlich und sehr diskret. Den Ausblick auf den Tejo von der Dachterasse haben wir sehr genossen. Auch das freie Angebot an Kaffee und Tee mit Gebäck war sehr angenehm nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Ein bezaubernd charmantes kleines Hotel.
