Personal freundlich , Trainer Preis von 16€ pro Tag zum parken. E Ladesäulen (4 Stück AC) vorhanden + 1x DC vor dem Hotel Gelände

Gute Lage in Ludwigsburg
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, um fußläufig Ludwigsburg und das Barockschloss zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhige Zimmer. Sauberkeit top. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist praktisch und der Preis ist okay.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen, nichts Besonderes. Außerdem hatte die Küche Probleme, alle Angebote zeitnah aufzufüllen, sodass viele davon über längere Zeit leer blieben. Schade!

emplacement idéal ainsi que le petit déjeuner

Cons:

nous passions 2 nuits et quand nous sommes rentrés à 18hs après une 1ere nuit sur place notre chambre n'était pas faite, quand nous avons téléphoné pour demander des explications on nous a dit qu'il fallait demander à ce que la chambre soit faite. Nous avons quelqu'un qui est venu nous apporter des serviettes et faire un bref ménage de salle de bain 15 minutes après .Ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
De plus il n'y avait même pas 2 oreillers par personne. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Et pour finir, on nous a refusé de déjeuner à 13hs45 soit disant que le service était fini, sans même nous proposer un petit snack, alors qu'il était affiché un service continu .

Chaque fois les réponses fournies par le personnel n'était vraiment pas professionnel

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption dürfte etwas freundlicher und serviceorientierter sein, damit man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt.

Eine rundum gute Wahl
Pros:

- das Hotel befindet sich in einer alten Militäranlage (Magazin und Garnisionsbäckerei) die alte Bausubstanz wurde mit der neuen Einrichtung geschmackvoll in Verbindung gebracht.
-sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter
-zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage
-komfortables Zimmer
-ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel
-ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen (keine TK-Ware!)
-Preis/Leistung stimmt

In der Dusche war ein Riss mit Schimmel drin - ansonsten wirklich tip-top sauber
