Service hat in vielerlei Hinsicht stark nachgelassen
Cons:

Seit vielen Jahren war es möglich, die Sauna schon am Nachmittag zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für uns der Hauptgrund für die Wahl des Hotels. Dieses Mal wurde uns das verwehrt, selbst als wir anboten, die Kostenfür die frühere Öffnung zu übernehmen. Unsere Anfragebeim Geschäftsführerblieb bis dato unbeantwortet. Außerdem hat das Restaurant stark nachgelassen und war auch kaumnoch besucht. Wir werden das nächsteMalwohl einanderes Hotel aussuchen. Schade.

Frühstück war sehr gut

Wir haben das Hotel am Silvester gebucht um Wellness Bereich und Restaurant zu genießen, Sauna war nur 60grad warm, das Restaurant war geschlossen, davor gabs keine Informationen diesbezüglich. Dafür was man letztendlich nutzen konnte Preis war viel zu teurer, hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir anderes Hotel gewählt

Bei der Anreise beim Check in habe ich gesagt, ich möchte 2 Rechnungen - also für jede Person eine extra - leider hat das nicht so funktioniert obwohl es bestätigt wurde.

wenn wir wieder nach Ludwigsburg kommen, buchen wir wieder das selbe Hotel
Pros:

sehr schönes Ambiente. großzügige Flächen (auch im Frühstücksraum).
nette Bar mit großem Angebot. Bademäntel am Zimmer.
