Large Group Success
Pros:

Had a great time here with a very large group from the US! All the staff were fantastic but especially those involved in helping us eat in the restaurant. Kiernan, Samira, and Jamie were awesome!

Good stay but noisy times
Pros:

I was staying (and will be staying again) through business reasons.
The first time I was assigned room 305 which when I entered seemed to have an issue with the window double glazing as all I could hear was the noise from the main road which was unacceptable.
I went to reception to inform them of this and instantly transferred me to a quieter room for which I was grateful .
My second visit which was on a following week I was assigned to room 159 and despite the long walk from reception I thought would be a good choice as I was not on any major thoroughfare so would be ok . Unfortunately I had some thoughtless noisy neighbours on my last night there and ruined my sleep for which I would like to point out I do not blame the hotel.
As for the hotel staff I cannot fault them as they are professional and extremely helpful.
There was a waitress in the bar who was extremely helpful for me and my colleagues when it came to taking our meal/drinks orders and next time I stay I will thank her in person.
The breakfasts were extremely tasty and if I was to make one criticism I would have like to have helped myself to the hot choices , but I guess that now comes under a ‘health and safety’ issue.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and do intend to stay there again.

I had my Breakfast bright and early for a very busy day ahead. It was really really good with everything set up, ready organised and super efficient. I would and will stay here again and recommend it to my work colleagues.

Cons:

More people at Reception Desk to cater for and structure waiting times.

Rooms not good, breakfast and bar area staff very good.
Pros:

1st room safe was broken. Was supposed to be fixed by 'house keeping' the next day, didn't happen. Changed room safe worked but shelf hanging off the wall. Told reception' house keeping will fix the next day'. Yes you've guessed it it didn't happen. Door lock didn't work, bathroom door was rotten at the bottom. Bed frame was ripped.
On a positive breakfast is really good. Bar area is really busy so you struggle getting a table at peak evening time. Bar staff really good.
