Staff are very helpful
Pros:

Staff where lovely. Very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Bathrooms are a little tired but overall good value for money.

Cons:

It’s a big hotel so can be a walk to rooms but again staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. Asked could my 86 year old father be moved and he was straight away.

Spacious and clean bedroom
Pros:

I like this hotel, friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff. We stayed in big room on 4th floor with nice view. Beds and pillows was comfortable, bathroom clean and fresh, with shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Cleaning lady Katerina very helpful, given to us extra towels. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you for great service

Scruffy, worn out buildings with lovely front of house team.
Pros:

Location and reception staff.

Cons:

Room on arrival window wide open. Therefore freezing in Dublin February weather. Close the window damp smell overwhelming. Open the window motorway noise…
