Considering booked a delux room absolute disappointing

Cons:

Delux room booked but in the basement, flat pillows no view at all! Bathroom mucky and tiny couldn’t open the door fully as so small access to room via stairs only no lift dirty hall ways

Cons:

Charged €10 to park. And all other people got there parking validated for free and when I asked they told me everyone that stays had to pay €10. Bookings don’t say that at time of booking and my friends stayed there and never paid €10 got there ticket validated for free. It’s not about the money but I won’t listen to lies

very comfortable room clean & warm.
Good food in bar /restaurant

Cons:

- Having to pay for parking overnight !
- would have liked more comfortable seating in the bar/ restaurant ( was very busy)

My favourite hotel in west Dublin. Great location, great meals and great staff.
Pros:

I've stayed here several times so I know what to expect. When I checked-in (for a 2-night stay), I was informed the room allocated to me was on the top floor and doubtless a long way from the lift. I asked for a room closer to reception, if at all possible due to painful legs. The receptionist was very helpful and provided me with a room VERY close to the lobby. Great customer service! The location of the hotel is excellent too! Breakfast was great, as usual. Room was very nice, quiet and spacious as I was travelling solo. I was again very satisfied with the overall stay and plan to stay here again in the future.

Cons:

Problems leaving the hotel car park on several occasions due to demands for €12 payment which should not have been an issue as I had cleared my ticket at reception before I left the hotel. No other negative points to mention.

Pros:

Os lençóis são de boa qualidade e as toalhas de banho.

Cons:

O quarto parece que foi renovado. Mas o banheiro tinha o piso de cerâmica quebrado. Com os cacos juntos e um perigo para andar descalço e corta o pé. Inaceitável.
