Hotel supplied no hot water the morning of departure..rang to complain was told I wud get a call back when water issue was fixed..still waiting for the phone call...I requested a partial refund via booking.com and the hotel offered €1 refund which is an insult...will never book to stay here again...
Great location near Luas for getting to city centre. Comfortable Bed.

No hot water, rang reception and was told was problem with boiler and would take 40 minutes to come back. 3 of us unable to have shower as check out was 11. Accommodation Staff knocked on door at 10.20! Told us check out was 30 mins
Great location; you can walk to local bars. Very clean and tidy room.
The only downside was the very large pillows—I ended up doing without them.
