Zentrales Stadthotel
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage.
Das äußerst und hilfsbereite Personal und für Frankreich ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend mit dunkelhäutigen Menschen. Wir harren uns aber nie unwohl gefühlt.

Pros:

The location was great with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, not as many tourists which is a good thing. It's not far from a metro station or the Central train station, and not far to walk to any of the main attractions in the city either. The staff were all extremely lovely and helped out wuth anything. They always had someone at the front desk when you came in and left. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were cozy and clean. The bathrooms were well stocked and had soft towels, the shower was big and great pressure and never ran out of hot water. The drinking water as well was nice which is not always the case in a big city.

Cons:

The room was maybe a bit small for some people but it had everything you need and space for all your luggage

Fantastisch!
Pros:

De bedden en kussens waren van uitstekende kwaliteit en alles was schoon. Bij terugkomst in het hotel waren de bedden netjes opgemaakt, wat erg prettig was. Ook de handdoeken waren van goede kwaliteit: schoon, zacht en dagelijks vervangen wanneer we ze op de grond achterlieten. De douchegel en handzeep waren fijn in gebruik.

Wat ik daarnaast erg waardeerde, was dat er geen sprake was van geluidsoverlast. De indeling van de kamers in het hotel zorgt duidelijk voor een rustige en comfortabele omgeving.

Cons:

We hadden slechts één kamer naast ons, maar helaas hoorden we de man in de naastgelegen badkamer duidelijk wanneer hij daar was. Hij keek luid voetbalfilmpjes, en dit geluid was in onze kamer goed te horen, alsof hij in onze eigen badkamer zat.

De buurt rondom het hotel voelde voor mij alsof deze op de rand van een minder goede wijk ligt. Het hotel zelf ligt precies op de grens, waardoor het soms wat onveilig kan aanvoelen, vooral in de avond.

Een ander nadeel — waar het hotel niets aan kan doen, maar wel goed is om te weten — is dat geen enkele taxichauffeur ons vanaf Central North Station wilde meenemen. Volgens hen lag het hotel te dichtbij. Op dat moment was het echter laat en voelde de omgeving niet veilig genoeg om te voet te gaan. Gelukkig bood een Franse mevrouw ons een plek in haar taxi aan en zette ze ons onderweg af. Anders hadden we moeten lopen, wat geen veilige optie was geweest.

Piacevole ma avrei voluto maggior comfort !
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, comoda per raggiungere i maggiori luoghi d' interesse tramite metro e bus. La colazione era abbastanza soddisfacente, ma mi sarei aspettato più scelta per quanto riguarda il salato dato che la proposta era di una colazione continentale.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la dimensione della camera (davvero minuscola) e la grandezza del lavabo, davvero imbarazzante (inutilizzabile). Inoltre essendo una camera doppia ho dovuto sollecitare gli asciugamani per il secondo ospite.

Ich kann dieses Hotel für ein Wochenende in Paris bestens empfehlen und werde wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und in Laufnähe, wenn man mit dem TGV am Bahnhof Est ankommt. Zwei Metrostationen in der Nähe sorgen für eine exzellente Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Zimmer klein aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

First room was a bit sad 2nd was much better.

Great location & really exceptional staff.

The bathrooms are nice & the beds are comfortable

Some rooms are really tiny with either no window or a view into the stairwell which is bleak

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Nice staff

Cons:

10th district doesn’t look safe at all especially in the night.
No soundproofing of the rooms.
Gap underneath the door, allowing airflow passage.
Max. heating temp in the room limited to 24.
Coridors between rooms are actually balconies, open air.
Entrance usually flooded during rain.
Pictures on booking.com doesn’t match the real situation.

Pros:

Lo staff è gentile e accogliente, buona la pulizia e la posizione.

Cons:

Il bagno è veramente piccolo, il lavandino non è utilizzabile neanche per lavare i denti.
Inoltre durante la notte ci siamo svegliati a causa del forte odore di cibo che arrivava dalla porta di ingresso, abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre del corridoio comune per cambiare aria.

Extrem kleine Zimmer und Toiletten!! Keine Empfehlung

Lage gut

Cons:

Extrem kleine Zimmer, auf den Bildern würde man das niemals ahnen. Man hat kaum Fläche, um seinen Koffer zu öffnen! Und die Toilettenschüssel ist die kleinste und engste, auf der ich je gesessen haben. Auch so, waren Flecken an den Vorhängen und auch die Bettbezüge waren sehr klein… von mir definitiv keine Empfehlung!
