Venise Magnifique. Qualité prix trop élevé.

La situation centrale. L’amabilité du personnel. La propreté

Cons:

Le vacarme incessant des moteurs des bateaux (livraisons et poubelles) à partir de 6h du matin (semaine et week-end). Surtout ne prenez pas les étages inférieurs c’est une horreur. Pas de double vitrage. Notre suite junior santomaso était au 1er, nous n’avons pas eu une nuit tranquille durant notre séjour. Le samedi soir bateaux avec musique et cris. Photos du petit déjeuner non conformes à la réalité….. Pas vraiment un Lit 2 places (séparation au milieu)Décevant. 👎

Cons:

Rented 2 rooms, a queen and a suite. Same rooms, same amenities to accommodate 3 people, suite twice the cost of the queen. Management would not reimburse difference, even after steps in suite came apart, husband fell, had to go to hospital, ruined our Italy trip, and all they did was give us another room with a toilet that did not work. Requested a refund they denied emphatically. Request booking.com to review and consider reimbursing so we can pay services required for my husband there in Italy and back in the USA..
