A Hotel kiváló központi helyen van, mégis csendes, nyugodt hangulatú. A Szent Márk tér, a vaporetto megállók nagyon közel vannak, de a város minden nevezetessége, valamint a környező szigetek is közvetlenül megközelíthetőek. Sok étterem, barcelok vannak a nagyon hangulatos környéken. A személyzet kedves volt, a tisztaságra nem lehetett panasz. A reggeli semmi különös, azonban megfelelő választékú. The hotel is in an excellent central location, yet it maintains a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. St. Mark’s Square and the *vaporetto* (water bus) stops are very close by, and all the city’s landmarks—as well as the surrounding islands—are easily accessible. There are many restaurants and bars in the charming neighborhood. The staff were kind, and the cleanliness was beyond reproach. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it offered a decent selection.

La chambre était belle, l'endroit était parfaitement situé au calme et proche de St Marco. La disposition de la chambre avec un bureau et des fauteuils permet de profiter du séjour de manière très agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très complet.
Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, on apprécierait un jus d'orange de meilleure qualité.

My stay in Venice was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel itself felt like such a special place to stay.
The views were incredible, particularly from the lounge, overlooking the canal — the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an aperitivo while watching Venice go by.
The front-of-house team deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.
My room was fabulous — spacious, beautifully appointed and with incredible views. The bathroom was generous and had every amenity I needed.
A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location, with wonderful staff and those unforgettable Venetian views. I would happily stay here again.
The only disappointment was the breakfast location. It felt as though the dining area was underground, and even when eating outside, you didn’t really feel as though you were in Venice (ie no views if the cabana ). Some of the breakfast staff were also not as friendly or welcoming as the other members of staff we encountered during our stay.

The bartender Natalia made our stay very pleasant- tasty drinks, very warm and welcoming to everybody , good recommendations for dinner and day trips, she is a real treasure to the hotel.
The room was not the most comfortable, a lot of empty spaces with no shelves or anything to hang clothes or bags. Only a wardrobe. Same in the bathroom- no place to put your stuff.
Breakfast was adequate but coffee from the machines was not good .
