Cons:

- toalhas de banho pequenas e manchadas
- café da manhã fraco - com poucas opções

Pros:

Отличное место, рядом с пристанью и в 3-5 мин пешком до площади Сан Марко. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый, кровать удобная. Уборка ежедневная.
Доброжелательный персонал, оперативно оформили и chek-in и chek-out, выдали карту города. Устойчивый доступ в интернет как в номере,так и на территории отеля, что также весьма приятно.

Cons:

В номере была проблема с розетками. Завтраки довольно скромные и однообразные, можно было бы добавить овощи,зелень.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Location was wonderful, so close to all major places you want to see. Staff friendly and helpful, canal view from our Junior Suite fantastic and it was great to find a bottle of prosecco on my birthday waiting in our room. We'd definitely go back.

Cons:

A little bit noisy, not sure if it was neighbours or the cleaning staff starting early but nothing that bothered us too much.

Ich würde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Markusplatz gelegen, schönes großes und sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Service und Empfang.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht besonders komfortabel. Frühstücksraum nicht sehr modern, obwohl das Angebot und der Service besonders hervorzuheben sind.

Nice hotel but with some areas needing improvements.
Pros:

The location was very central. Steps away from St Mark’s square and from restaurants. Close to the front to get the water bus and taxi.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We reported the refrigerator in our room as this was not working. It was not fixed or replaced which was disappointing. The sliding door to the toilet had a broken lock and the door was very difficult to close, some strength was required to slide it. This must have been very obvious to hotel staff but was not repaired either. I dropped a bottle lid under the bed and when I looked under the bed to retrieve it found this area to be dirty.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage nur 5 Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück mit ausreichendem Angebot.
Betten ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer könnten mehr sein. Zimmertresor öffnet nicht immer
