Well located hotel close to San Marco.
Pros:

Excellent location close to San Marco square, on a canal and close to many restaurants. Generally helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room was split level with stairs up to loft bedroom.
Access to breakfast also had stairs. Breakfast selection was limited.

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and polite.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a 3 min walk away from the basilica.
Our room was very spacious and the beds comfortable.

Aangenaam verblijven in het centrum van Venetië. Alles op een paar minuten wandelen.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie om Venetië te bezoeken. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer met zicht op de kanalen was prachtig. Rustige kamer.

Cons:

Toiletten in de lobby zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Estadía de ensueño en Venecia.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, a cinco minutos de la Piazza San Marcos, y a mano de todo lo que hay que visitar. Estar en el corazón de Venecia, en una habitación con vistas a un canal y un puente, parecían un cuadro en la pared. Muy recomendable.

Would stay again!
Pros:

This was our first visit to Venice and were recommended to this hotel by our daughter based on her previous experience.
The room and bed was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast choices were more than adequate.
The location was excellent for exploring/sightseeing.
We would undoubtedly stay here again.
Oh, and the cocktails in the bar were great!

Cons:

Only one English language channel on the room television: France 24!!

Great location in Venice.
Pros:

Great location. Many restaurants close by and just a short walk to Saint Marks Square. The hotel was clean and nice as was our room. The breakfast was good with many choices, including standard European fair and scrambled eggs and bacon.

Cons:

If you have a problem with stairs, you need to be careful. Even though the hotel has an elevator, there can be stairs in the hallways. Also, there are stairs that are unavoidable in the breakfast room. Having said this Venice is not friendly to those who can’t do stairs.
