Pros:

The size of my room was decent and staff were very friendly and buffet breakfast had a decent amount of selection.

Cons:

This hotel is due for a major upgrade and I’m very surprised how they have managed to keep their 4 star rating. The room was a decent size however wasn’t even able to turn my air conditioner off unless I switched the power of it off from the switch board in room which then stopped power going to certain power points. Wasn’t impressed with hotel lobby, as was able to see all computers, cables and paperwork when passing the main desk (Not very professional looking at all)

Cons:

in my opinion, room 511 does not fit the description of Deluxe Double. the ventilation/air conditioning blows directly on one of the beds, and on summer days you can''t stand the heat without it (a big headache in the morning). the toilet is very close to the sink, if you are larger you simply won't fit in that space and be comfortable

Pros:

Le personnel était super agréable, nous y étions pour notre lune de miel, ma famille avait prévu des petits cadeaux que nous avons bien retrouvé dès notre arrivé.
A notre départ notre avion étant tard ils ont bien accepté de garder nos bagages. Rien à dire, petit dej il y a ce qu’il faut, le bars les cocktails sont très bon même meilleur que ceux qu’on pourrait trouver en ville.

立地もよく快適でした
Pros:

ローマ駅からすぐ近くで、いくつかの有名な観光地にも歩いていけるのでとても便利です。
ご飯屋さんもや小さなスーパーやお土産屋さんも近くにたくさんあるので困りません。
朝ごはんも美味しいです。

Cons:

特にないんですが、宿泊税のこと知らなくてチェックアウト時に30ユーロって言われたからびっくりしました。

Pleasant Rome Experience
Pros:

Good location near the Termini train station. Local restaurants close by.

Cons:

I had asked for twin beds which they’d approved but then when we arrived there was no confirmation so I had to get the couch bed made up !!!

Hotel bonito e bem localizado com café da manhã bem satisfatório

Cons:

Fizeram uma confusão com nossa solicitação de transfer para o aeroporto. Pediram dois carros e os motoristas ficaram discutido de quem seria a viagem o que causou certo desconforto já que tive que ser firme e dizer a eu precisava de um carro e que tinha horário para chegar ao aeroporto. Só depois que levantei a voz pararam de descurtir.

テルミニ駅周辺は工事中の場所が多かったのですが、駅から近くわかりやすい場所にありました。早めにチェックインさせてくださり、スタッフはスマートで親切でした。ストに直面したため、チェックアウトしてから長く荷物を預かっていただきました。

A great hotel
Pros:

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the central train station.
Good location to explore all of Rome’s.major attractions.
Hotel itself is well appointed, clean and well maintained along with an efficient and friendly team.
Our visit included breakfast which was available from 7.30-10.30am. Good continental breakfast with ample choice and choice of fruit juices, tea and coffee.
Team more than happy to support and arrange taxis and offer suggestions for good restaurants at reasonable prices.
Roof terrace clean and tidy and an outdoor small courtyard on ground floor.
Highly recommend this hotel.
