Good hotel in a great location near to the main station and attractions.
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great, very close to Rome Termini station and with a good selection of restaraunts nearby. Everything was kept very clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to it's location.

Cons:

Breakfast was a good selection, on day one the bacon was well cooked and crispy but the other two mornings it was undercooked and greasy. The room size was reasonable but the door to the bathroom didn't close properly. It was too big for the frame. We did report it but it wasn't repaired.

Hotel Genova Roma
Pros:

My wife and I took our three grandchildren )to Rome for a four day break,and decided on the Hotel Genova,on the Via Cavour, as being ideal for getting around as it is only minutes from Rome Termini Ststion and Metro.
The hotel itself was clean and tidy with good air conditioning,which was very important as temperatures were in the mid thirties for the whole time we were there,which made it very pleasant to return and Cool down in the hotel.
We had a family room which was actually two separate rooms with an entry hallway.The rooms were spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom left a little to be desired, as there was virtually no shelving to put toiletries,there was no hot water at the hand basin,but there was in the shower.There was no separate shower stall, but a bath/ shower.The shower head was loose and didn't stay at a proper height.Also gels and shampoos were not replenished.
There is no restaurant on site,but they have guest discount in a partner restaurant,Il Grandici.This restaurant is15 to 20 minutes away from the hotel,and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was adequate but not very adventurous The continental breakfast could do with more variety in the cold meats, and the hot breakfast needs to be hotter !!
Staff were friendly,helpful and polite.There is a small bar situated just off the lobby.
Would I stay here again ???.
Yes I would as it ideally situated for exploring the city due to its proximity to Termini Station, and overall a good experience.

Porterò un bel ricordo con me sia della camera che di Roma
Pros:

Camere con clima fresco anche senza accendere aria condizionata

Cons:

L’ascensore continuava a ripetere “piano terra” a tutti i piani 🤣 spero lo sistemino
Comunque ha fatto fare un sacco di risate a me e mia figlia

Pros:

A short walk from Rome Termini station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, TV was easy to watch with some English stations, or stations that could be listened to in English. Very clean, nice breakfast included.

Cons:

It was a little more than I would have liked to have paid, but it was very convenient and a good stay.
