A gem in Rome.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Just the bed, the headboard was a little uncomfortable when sitting up. There is a light switch on the headboard which we kept hitting at night turning the lights. This is very minimal discomfort. But overall love this hotel. It's the second time visiting Rome and Hotel Verona.

Pros:

Klidná poloha kousek od nádraží Termini. Bufetová snídaně byla výborná, všeho dostatek. Hotel je čistý a personál milý a vstřícný.

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto il fatto riguardante alla regolazione dei termosifoni in quando non puoi decidere tu quanto tenerli accesi,infatti i primi giorni abbiamo avuto freddo il secondo ho chiesto una trapunta il terzo ci hanno fornito un piumino molto caldo Un altro problema era al termosifone del bagno che non ha mai funzionato nonostante ho fatto presente Un altro problema che non andava l ‘acqua giù al lavello ma questo è stato subito sistemato e ogni tanto ho dovuto richiedere la carta igienica in quanto o mancava o era solo un rotolo .Tutto sommato é stato un confortevole soggiorno

Second visit this year
Pros:

Second time visiting this hotel this year, rooms a little tired looking, have everything you need though, but overall a lovey experience here, staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming close by all the sightseeing you will need, order lasagne from restaurant next door it’s amazing. And we had a recommendation to eat at Da Robertino, second time trying here as well and food is authentic, very nice.

Hotel Verona kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Man hat sich Mühe gegeben.
Sehr freundliche Personen im Empfang.
Die nette Frühstückshilfe gab sich Mühe und esr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des überteuerten Zimmers, Schranktür herausgefallen, Tapete mit eingetrockneten Saftspritzern, Löcher in Bettdecke, Zimmerservice zusätzlich 10€ pro Tag! Kein zweiter Stuhl, Dusche nicht dicht usw
Frühstück alle Tage das Gleiche, kein Wechsel von Salami, Käse und Schinken. Gute Zähne sind erwünscht, sonst keine Möglichkeit die harten Brötchen zu zerbeißen, dies täglich!
Kein Aufenthaltsraum für Regentage!

Pros:

The staff were very very nice and helpful/friendly. The bed was comfortable i had great sleeps. Extremely convienient to Mary Major Basillica, walkable to Termini Station, lovely restsurants nearby. Its a nice area (Monti).

Cons:

The hotel was a little tired. Things like the shower cubicle flooded the floor if you weren't careful. I would have like an English news channel.
