Hotel Astoria was a very pleasant expernce. Clean rooms, friendiy staff , and a great location to explore Barcelona. The brekfast was nice and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. I would gladly stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a double bed, couch and comfortable sized bathroom. The location was great with many attractions within walking distance, and the metro access was very close and convenient. There were many very good restaurants in close proximity.
There was no view out the window, only onto an inner hallway, but that was explained when I booked it.
Great location for all amenities and sightseeing.

Waterfall shower over the bath had good pressure and even temperature.
Towels were generous size and high quality.
Air conditioning was easy to use and extremely quiet.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room service was very clean, discreet and quiet.
Don’t forget to visit the roof terrace!
Some noise from the street (you’re in a city after all!) but nothing that affected us or our sleep. You could request a room on upper floors.

Standaard kamer was wel erg klein met smal bed, maar badkamer was prima!
