Buena ubicación.
El hotel es solo correcto. No hay empatía con el pasajero, nadie acompaña con las maletas al llegar, ni a la habitación a explicar su funcionamiento.
Para gente mayor no hay asientos bajos como para calzarse, ni agarraderas en la bañera o cómo diferenciar el jabón del shampoo.
Son detalles que ayudan al pasajero en un hotel de esa categoría.
Y en esa tarifa deberían incluir el desayuno.

Location and cleanliness very friendly staff
I had no faults
The staff were exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The room was nice and all of the facilities were outstanding, especially the rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location in the city. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff (especially the helpful manager Pepe) and all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was also top tier. Big recommend for a shorter or longer stay in Barcelona.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria in Barcelona and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and being on one of the top floors meant I had a lovely view over the city.
The real highlight of my stay, however, was José Gerardo, the bartender by the swimming pool. I have honestly never seen such a young professional work with so much enthusiasm and genuine passion for hospitality. He was kind, attentive, fun, incredibly helpful and always smiling. It was obvious that he truly enjoyed what he was doing, and that made all the difference.
José took great care of us, making sure we always had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for places to visit in Barcelona, and creating such a warm and relaxed atmosphere around the pool. He treated every guest with the same energy and kindness, and his positive attitude was infectious.
A huge thank you to José Gerardo for making our stay so memorable. He is a real asset to Hotel Astoria and one of the main reasons I would happily return. Thank you to him and to the whole team for such a fantastic experience!
