Pleasant stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Excellent location, very close to metro station, five minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del So.
Many cafes and restaurants were on the door step.

Cons:

Light switches could have been easier to operate.

Bueno, cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. El hotel es de calidad, cómodo, limpio, y buen desayuno (habitual). El personal de recepción terminó por solucionar una incidencia de la reserva , así que al final todo salió perfecto.

Hubo una incidencia con la reserva por algo del programa de conversión. Todo y eso el personal de recepción terminó por solucionarlo como buen y gran profesional.

Very good hotel for the price and based on location.
Easy to use the metro nearby and travel around Madrid centre.
Clean and all basic amenities provided.

Cons:

The card access to the rooms. These can be changed in the future to make it a contactless system which would be a lot easier.
