Alojamiento agradable y de calidad
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal, habitación con vista a calle Alcalá pero aislada del ruido exterior. La ubicación central del hotel que lo hace caminable.
Pot cortesía nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Desayuno muy completo.

Great location, beautiful, clean room and friendly staff we will 200% be back.
Pros:

The property was in the best location, across the street from the Four Seasons and the Galleria. The staff was very friendly and or request for our room was met. The breakfast was fabulous!

Naprosto vyjímečné
Pros:

Hotel je naprosto perfektní. Od polohy ve městě, po snídaně a pohodlnost pokoje. Snídaně byly naprosto fantastické až do 11 hodin. Celý hotel moc hezký, pokoje prostorné, každý den krásně uklizené. Každý den k dispozici voda zdarma. Postel i polštáře velmi pohodlné.

Určitě se hotel zařazuje do mých velmi oblíbených, který se nebudu bát doporučit.

Cons:

Všechno bylo perfektní, jedinná nevýhoda byla, že jsme měli okno do vnitřního nadstřešeného bloku a chyběl mi trochu čerstvý vzduch na spaní. Ale to byla moje chyba, jelikož jsem si správně nepřečetla popis pokoje.

La cama era enorme, el baño también y estaba decorado con muy buen gusto.

Cons:

Solo hay una cosa, en la parte del cabecero de la cama de la habitación 131, donde me alojé, había justo debajo de la cabeza una vibración constante e intermitente, como de un aparato de aire acondicionado, que me resultó bastante molesto, y me costó dormir bastante, incluso despertándome varias veces, cada vez que esa vibración arrancaba.
Por lo demás…excelente, en comodidad, confort, limpieza, y servicio.

שהיתי 8 ימים במלון , המלון מאוד נקי ויפה , היה גם תמיד ריח טוב בחדרים ובחלל המלון , כל הצוות של המלון היה מקסים ותמיד שמחו לעזור :אציין את כולם : הצוות בעמדת הקבלה כולל הבחורים שעוזרים עם המזוודות,צוות הנקיון , והצוות בארוחת הבוקר, מקווה שלא פיספסתי אף אחד , כי בהחלט כולם אדיבים , נעימים וחייכנים , תמיד שמחים לעזור, המיקום של המלון מעולה הכל במרחק הליכה, יחד עם זאת הור שקט ולא המוני , ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומגוונת , את החדר ניקו וסידרו תמיד בשעות הבוקר וכשהייתי חוזרת לנוח בצהריים המוקדמות הכל היה כבר מסודר , בכל יום מילאו בקבוקי מים בחדר, מלון מפנק מאוד , ללא ספק אחזור רק למלון הזה , תודה רבה .

Great hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Perfect location in the city centre. Clean, comfy room, all needed amenities. Delicious breakfast, a wide range of choices. Dyson hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Rooftop chill zone. Polite staff.
