We had a very enjoyable and safe stay in Madrid
Pros:

We were given a room with a city view (much appreciated), friendly and courteous staff members greeted us with smiles daily from the lobby personnel , from housekeeping, and restaurant. The hotel is located close to many attractions in Madrid making them very walkable.

Cons:

We had a great experience in this hotel. Everything went fine. There's nothing we didn't like.
