The room was not clean found condom under the bed broken handle on the bathroom too much noise not good voice isolation not comfortable to sleep. Parking elevator was down the entire time and we had to use stairs overall very bad experience.

Neighbors very noisy, coming in and out of room several times with doors slamming. No view in the room they gave me, my view was a wall. :((
Staff were helpful. I liked the complimentary water, juice boxes, and little chocolates. Would have liked the coffee too had I been able to use it.
I'll start with the worst of it. There was what really appeared to be feces on the nicely presented toilet paper. This will not be the only feces complaint here. When I first arrived I could not find the main light for the room. It was late at night so it was dark. The first two light switches in the room only seemed to have one working. Then came the washroom lights. Those worked but there was no fan. I continued into the room using my phone flashlight and the bathroom light to search for the switch for the room. There was a tall lamp with no sign of a switch attached. Small lights attached to the bed worked but of course didn't light the room. A switch on the bed also did nothing. Ultimately I gave up and called reception for the answer. Someone came up within a few minutes which I appreciated. He did not know what the first light switch that didn't work was for. He pointed to the vent in the shower as being the fan but didn't seem to think it should turn on and make noise to function. He said the bathroom in this room was renovated. This room was a shower only, no tub. He spent a few minutes exploring the tall light stand and eventually found a switch that genuinely was hard to find. Then he tried the switch at the bed that wasn't working. Initially nothing happened and after a bunch of tries it finally turned on a headboard light that seemed to be the main light for the room (more than the lamp even). It was flickering on and off though. Seemed dangerously wired perhaps. Then he got it to simply stay on which seemed satisfactory to me. Once he left I began to settle in and do a quick inspection of the room. I found that the king size bed did not have a fitted sheet but rather an untucked flat sheet on top of a mattress protector pad which was covered in other people's hairs of various types. This was before I had discovered the toilet paper so I was already grossed out. Surprised to find there was no top sheet either.

I asked well in advance for a quiet room but was placed very close to the elevator. The toilet in my room had problems flushing right from the start.

La ubicación que tiene es muy buena, tiene metro y autobuses a la vuelta de la calle para desplazarte a otros puntos de la ciudad. Igualmente está muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y negocios que complementan tu estadía.
Su restaurante es muy bueno, la comida deliciosa y el personal muy amable.
La limpieza un poco, el sofá cama estaba muy sucio, el tapete de las habitaciones también. El hotel parece que se quedó atrapado en los años 2000. Urge una manita de gato.
