Great experience overall.
Pros:

Location, bed, pillows, washroom and shower, view, and proximity to subway.

Cons:

We have sensitivities to scent and found the scent in the lobby strong for us.

Cons:

Having one front desk agent working at check out is poor management and planning. For some reason, it took us 25 mins to check-out even though there were only 2 ppl ahead of us. Agent didn't seem to care there was a huge line and didn't bother speeding things up either. Well done!

Localização, acomodação, preço e equipe maravilhosos!
Pros:

Preço é muito justo, localização excelente integrada ao metrô e o time, especialmente o Adam e o Chef Isa que foram excepcionais e atenciosos comigo e minha esposa. Pros brasileiros, podem ir sem medo, lugar maravilhoso. Desejo voltar em breve.

Ótimo. Seria excelente se fosse um pouco mais perto de Downtown Toronto.
Pros:

Funcionários muito educados, quarto limpo, silencioso, muito próximo a uma estação de metrô.

Cons:

O hotel é um pouco longe do centro da cidade, então mesmo de metrô o deslocamento geralmente é relativamente longo.
