A real dud of a Novotel
Pros:

The hotel stinks of dampness. Loud construction was going on constantly. Very expensive for location. Staff lacked friendliness and engagement. Hair and stains on the sheets. As an Accor Platinum member the stay bordered on appalling. No upgrade even though the hotel was more than half empty. Wouldn’t go back that’s for sure.

Nice stay in Toronto
Pros:

My room was wonderful—very comfortable and clean, which made my stay feel welcoming. Waking up to a fresh start with the coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch. The staff are truly exceptional: Senthuja, Evelyn, and Babli at the reception, along with Chenet in the restaurant, all show genuine professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently close to the subway and located in a safe area.

Etwas außerhalb aber gute Anbindung an die Stadt durch die Metro, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Durch die Fußball WM recht teuer.
