Good enough accommodations for one overnight stay.
Pros:

Size of room was more than adequate. Room was clean.

Cons:

I couldn’t go downstairs and come out in the lobby. Downstairs led only to outside parking. Had to take elevator every time I went down to the lobby.
Mattress was a bit hard.

Awesome stay with Best Western CA
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Great facilities. Spa was awesome. So close to airport. Free shuffle bus. Food is great. Laundry available if you want to do your own washing.

Cons:

No room service. Couldn't believe this! Also, no food or bar between 11 and 5pm. There is food nearby but room service and a bar open during the day would have been better.

If you have no other choice, I would recommend it for a single night before an early flight—nothing
Pros:

The room we were assigned was a good size; however, it constantly smelled like food. It seemed as though the ventilation and air filtration system was directly connected to the restaurant. It was quite unpleasant to have our room always smelling like fried food.

The hotel recommends using its shuttle service to get to the airport and then taking the UP Express train into the city. However, the shuttle drivers did not seem happy about guests doing that. They were unfriendly, always appeared annoyed, and, on top of that, their English was often difficult to understand. As a guest, it was uncomfortable having to deal with people who seemed unhappy with their job or irritated simply because we were following the hotel's own recommendations.

Cons:

This is an old hotel with customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. The level of cleanliness and the overall condition of the building give the impression that it has been neglected, and it certainly does not reflect the quality that Best Western once had.

It may be a reasonable option for spending one night before an early flight, but that is the only situation in which I would recommend it. Even then, I would suggest considering other hotels closer to the airport that offer a more reliable shuttle service and provide a much better customer experience.
