Rooms were terribly cold and settings to adjust temp did not work.
Pros:

The room itself was clean and lovely design. But really Air conditioner in the winter??

Cons:

Our room was set at 16 and freezing cold. we checked in at 1 am and the room was fridgid all night even though we adjusted the temperature. Very unhappy

Pros:

There's an airport shuttle every 30min-1hr. Room was nice and spacious, and it's a cheaper option than other airport hotels.

Cons:

My room did not have a main light, only lamps, which is kind of sad since daylight hours are short. My room was also connected to a neighbor's room, so I heard their alarm go off at 2am and other stuff.

Location is great.

Cons:

We had to pay for a taxi from the airport because there wasn't anyone to man the phones. The one person on the desk was very busy with the customer and could do both. That's not good customer service.

Convenient location and an epic view for watching planes land at YYZ.
Pros:

The fact that it was situated right under the runway of the airport, watching the airplanes fly over from the roof access was epic. Very close to the airport, convenient.

Cons:

Difficulty navigating the 5th floor and locked doors in stairwell. Difficulty with age restriction: my flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days later and as an 18 year old there were no hotels which made it easy for me to stay. When I called about age restrictions the staff said they would ask the manager and call me back, however even after calling again to follow-up I still didn’t receive a call back regarding wether I would be able to stay or not.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay overall!

It was very clean and close to the outlet shopping stores! They have a restaurant and bar on site as well. I would stay again!
