Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait et le personnel très agréable

Cons:

La chambre de luxe ne vaut pas la qualité hôtelière française.
Nous avons payé pour 3 adultes et la chambre était petite et une personne dormait sur un canapé lit.
À 400€ la nuit on peut s'attendre à bien mieux.

It was our first time in Venice, we booked 5 days but you could see everything in 3 full days.
Pros:

The package we selected had us breakfasting in the upstairs blue room, it was a delight. Our server was very attentive and made our mornings extra special (Roberta)

Cons:

When we first arrived they had us in a ground floor room, very pretty but for myself I have a very sensitive sense of smell , they were able to move us after two days to a second floor room and it was delightful.

Pros:

The location is excellent very central and easy to get around Venice. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and everything was fresh. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Bien, pero deben mejorar algunas cosas
Pros:

Muy acogedor, el baño muy limpio. Tenían detalles agradables.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado, que lo pueden prender a partir de mayo, y hacia calor y habia mosquitos que molestaban toda la noche.

Pros:

Toplocatie en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer goede suggesties om te doen en te eten. Helpen met reserveren restaurant, boottocht, taxi naar luchthaven… zeer mooie ontbijtzaal met lekker en overvloedig ontbijt. Tot 17 u kan je er terecht voor een versnapering of drankje.
