Great hotel, would stay there again.
Pros:

Very good location within a few minutes walk of the railway station and two tram stops. A great size family room, good facilities in a quiet corridor, very clean and good condition.

Cons:

I had to ask staff to change the handsoap and shower gel dispensers as they missed this, but that’s all. It’s not important compared to how nice it is.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Clean too and friendly staff. Easy access to Heuston station to catch the airport bus or local bus services or the tram.
Spacious room and bathroom.
Good room condiments too, tea, coffee etc.

The only issues I had were that the sink hot water wasn't always working. And the shower head got very hot to handle when hot water was running.
But overall, excellent hotel!
