Easy access from Heuston. Room lovely. Could open a window big bonus. Staff very pleasant. Food nice. Very clean and modern
Room was lovely and clean. Staff friendly.
At breakfast the bacon was hard cold and over cooked and sausage was alittle under cooked.
It was my second time staying there its a beautiful hotel and so homey and brilliant area for the city. Staff are fab.
Everything was great there was no problems
Clean. Lovely staff. Good location
All good
Lovely hotel, good housekeeping, good restaurant and food.
Don't wish to tar all reception staff with the same brush, but pretty unhelpful at the desk when we checked in. Paid for upgrade and received the wrong room. Had to go back and sort it but no apology.
I didn't stay at the hotel,I've a kidney infection, travelled from Galway as my aunt died in the uk,funeral Monday 20th. Not one taxi would take me or my French bulldog bayli, I was crying-an amazing concierge, generous in soul, rang a taxi so that I could get to Dublin ferry port. I was elated, frozen shaking, cost me a small fortune but I was eternally grateful. Merci boucoup Mon ami, to make it harder,I'm profoundly deaf, with tinnotus&ptsd. I got into Dublin at 11.30pm it was 12.50am. Couldn't be more grateful, thank you so much for helping me,your staff are a godsend
Clean, elegant, essentially located staff is very strong and helpful. The food was delicious the lounge lovely to hang out in.
No complaints if the lovely stay
There's a very friendly vibe in this hotel. Good security. An excellent breakfast fresh hot and great choice. Staff most helpful. Will look forward to a return visit.
I didn't like the shower head it's an old fixed model.
Liked everything. Stayed twice in the space of 2 weeks and each room was lovely. It's so lovely and relaxing. I'd love to stay more often just on my own to enjoy the peace and even have a bath! The LUAS is 2 min walk for getting into the city. And the hotel is a 15 min walk from the zoo.
Breakfast is brilliant with something for everyone and dietary requirements are catered for.
The restaurant menu could do with better options for dairy free, etc. I didn't eat dinner there. But that's more my problem really. It isn't a bad review as such.
Big room and comfortable beds.
Everything food was outstanding lovely staff and the cleaners were brilllent
Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Restaurant and cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced.
nothing
Excellent location for this trip, close to mass transit options, Guinness, the huge park and zoo, and the Greek Orthodox Church for Easter celebration.
We would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room.
Comfortable beds, clean modern rooms, great service. Hotel breakfast was excellent.
All great
