Perfect!
Pros:

The location was perfect and made for an easy spot for day trips plus checking out Dublin. Everyone at the hotel was so professional and helpful as well as kind. Great food, too, which was perfect after the long day of travel and a sleepless overnight flight.

A 4 star hotel, but with a couple drawbacks
Pros:

Very friendly staff, immaculate room, beautiful hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive and accommodated food allergies. Food in the hotel restaurants was very good, the location was excellent for visiting Kilmainham, IMMA, National Museum at Collin Barracks, Arbour Hill. A 20 min walk to city centre, bus and Luas stops within metres of the hotel, and Heuston train station a couple blocks away. On-site parking for a decent fee. Overall, a great hotel for us.

Cons:

While the food and staff were excellent, table service in the restaurant for dinner and lunch was exceptionally slow. It was hard to get the temperature in the room cool enough to sleep -- the thermostat was set to 19C as the lowest temperature, and we ended up running the air-conditioning, during a chilly, wet February. It compromised our sleep; by the third night we might have had a workable routine, but our stay was over!

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Warm, spacious, clean room.
Didn’t use dining facilities but bar was very comfortable. Staff in all areas friendly and welcoming. Close to Phoenix Park and easy to get into centre.

We only used it to sleep in so unable to give full review of the hotel. Given that it was well presented.
Pros:

The property was nice and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a 11 and 16 year old, we were unable to have drinks in the bar/restaurant…
