Really enjoyed our stay would stay again
Theree was nothing that we didn't like
We had a very short stay as we arrived late but the gentleman at reception was so lovely and our room was very comfortable, with air con and very spacious as there were 4 of us sharing, it was unfortunate that we weren't staying longer. Breakfast was lovely and the singing by the hostess incredible. We used the luggage hold as we went to town before our train it was very straightforward and prompt when we returned to pick up.
The shower was a bit complicated but perhaps we were jetlagged!
Excellent location for travelers planning train travels from Hueston rail station.

Lovely hotel.
Location was centrally located. We used the AirPort Express Bus and the light rail. The room was quite large, breakfast was great. Definitely would return.
All good
Ricardo and Letitzia at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the newer/updated rooms and the restaurant is a must!
Hotel was stunning. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was outstanding and well worth it. Close to public transport with some pubs and a shop nearby.
Unfortunately for the price of the room per night I truly don't feel like it was up to standards, I could not sleep due to the amount of dust present above bed and having high sensitivity to dust definitely didn't help my sinues
Ricardo was so helpful on both of our visits to the Ashling. He was able to retrieve an item I had left on my earlier visit. He helped us with setting up an Hop On and Hop Off tour and was so helpful with all questions we had. I strongly recommend this hotel!
We stayed at the Ashling Hotel Dublin on Sunday, 31st May, 2 adults & 2 kids and I honestly cannot praise the team enough.
Unfortunately, I had accidentally booked our stay for the end of June instead of the end of May. When we arrived, we realised we technically didn't have a reservation for that night. With two children in tow and Dublin exceptionally busy due to the Bloom Festival and the Women's Mini Marathon weekend, we were understandably quite stressed and worried we wouldn't find accommodation.
The reception team handled the situation flawlessly. They immediately put us at ease, changed the booking to the correct date, honoured the original price, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional and genuinely above and beyond anything we expected. The hotel itself was excellent, but it was the staff who truly made our stay memorable.
Without doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Dublin. Thank you to everyone at the Ashling Hotel for your outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had checked into another Dublin hotel which turned out to be dreadful. I decided to forgo my money and I checked into the Ashling - it was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was absolutely spotless. I was really comfortable there. It was very hot weather but the air con worked well. It's in an ideal location near Heuston Station and the Luas. I had dinner there which was very nice. It's a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend it. Thank you.
Nothing that I can think of.
Breakfast fantastic
Room was basic enough
Rooms staff and location great .
Menu im evening was not great .Got chicken it wasnt great .Way over priced .Club sandwich was ok next day for lunch .
Perfect location and friendly staff. I booked the hotel for my mum and her friend who were going to Bloom for the friend's 80th birthday. Staff made them feel really special with birthday chocolates on arrival and they loved how perfect the location was for getting to and from the event. Both very happy with their stay (and how easy it was to get to on the Luas from Connolly after getting the train down from Belfast)
The Ashling is located across the river from the Heuston Train Station which was a short walk away. We used the Ashling as a base for our train exploration of Ireland and stayed there three different times between trips. Our rooms were all comfortable and clean. The staff were outstanding!
As with many large hotels, the water pressure was weak.
Lovely property staff amazing .
A little noisy at night though from the streets and would be great if there were instructions to use the little I pad
