Pros:

Lovely hotel, good housekeeping, good restaurant and food.

Cons:

Don't wish to tar all reception staff with the same brush, but pretty unhelpful at the desk when we checked in. Paid for upgrade and received the wrong room. Had to go back and sort it but no apology.

What a brilliant concierge, thank you for taking pity on me,I was so flustered upset as my phone had died, forgot charger
Pros:

I didn't stay at the hotel,I've a kidney infection, travelled from Galway as my aunt died in the uk,funeral Monday 20th. Not one taxi would take me or my French bulldog bayli, I was crying-an amazing concierge, generous in soul, rang a taxi so that I could get to Dublin ferry port. I was elated, frozen shaking, cost me a small fortune but I was eternally grateful. Merci boucoup Mon ami, to make it harder,I'm profoundly deaf, with tinnotus&ptsd. I got into Dublin at 11.30pm it was 12.50am. Couldn't be more grateful, thank you so much for helping me,your staff are a godsend

Pros:

Liked everything. Stayed twice in the space of 2 weeks and each room was lovely. It's so lovely and relaxing. I'd love to stay more often just on my own to enjoy the peace and even have a bath! The LUAS is 2 min walk for getting into the city. And the hotel is a 15 min walk from the zoo.

Breakfast is brilliant with something for everyone and dietary requirements are catered for.

Cons:

The restaurant menu could do with better options for dairy free, etc. I didn't eat dinner there. But that's more my problem really. It isn't a bad review as such.
