Avoid at all cost
Pros:

The room seemed clean and the location is good, very central.

Cons:

Where to begin. We were given a basement room, underground with a view of the wall below the street. You can see people walking above you on the street. You can hear every single conversation the people outside are having even with the window fully shut. The window is very hard to open.There is absolutely zero air conditioning in the room. The only way you could maybe make the room cooler is by opening the window, which we could not leave open as it was already WAY too loud when shut. I went to reception and asked if there was any way we could cool the room down (with a fan or something), only to be instructed to turn the radiator off? (the radiator was not on). I asked if there was a way we could move room, to be told that there were no more left. My partner and I decided to book a different hotel, as there was no way we could relax and sleep in comfort there. When leaving, we were told there was in fact a free room? We declined and left. Waste of money, especially when we didn't even use the room. No offer of a refund or any sort of help.

Chambre spacieuse même si manquait de meubles pour y poser nos affaires
Petit déjeuner continental
Fontaines à eau pour remplir nos bouteilles!

Cons:

Manque de places pour poser nos affaires dans la chambre et la salle de bain
La tv pas connectable !?! Impossible de se connecter à notre compte Youtube par exemple...

Excellent hotel for exploring Dublin.
Pros:

The location was excellent for walking around Dublin. The room fit our family of 4 perfectly and the shower was excellent-plenty of water pressure and hot water. The room was well appointed with coffee/tea service and a hair dryer. The linens were clean and fresh smelling as well. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They allowed us to drop our luggage off when we arrived at 11:30 am which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Slipped in the bathroom as the step out of the shower is so high. No anti-slip mats.

Cons:

There was a problem with water running noise all night in my bedroom so got no sleep .Two night staff tried to find problem but could not solve the issue.There were no spare bedrooms so just had to live with the situation .The following morning spoke to receptionist who was very sympathetic to my issue and said she would inform the manager when she arrived in later and they would be in contact with me which was on the 21/04/26 still no correspondence to date.So not a happy customer at this time

1. There was someone else hairs on the bed sheets …

2. the bed was already in the basement looking to a wall and with the people in the street having the possibility to look directly in the bed. It was not announced. When I discovered I was told that I could cancel and change hotel. After a while I was told confirmation was requested from the chief of staff after some other times I was told I could cancel without being refund. The joke happened from 8pm until past 9pm…

Para mi que nos cambiaron la habitación a última hora.
Pros:

Una excelente ubicación en cuanto servicios y fácil acceso a todos los sitios de interés.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación con tres camas y fue confirmada. El mismo día que llegamos nos dijeron que sólo tenían disponible una con dos camas dobles. Accedimos al cambio y resultó ser una habitación muy pequeña sin ningún armario para la ropa con una sola silla. Total que nos faltaba espacio para meter nuestras cosas.
En cuanto al baño muy antiguo faltaba un grifo de monomando y teléfono en ducha.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter du centre-ville. Le lieu est agréable, la salle de restauration pour le petit déjeuner a du charme. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace (réservation de taxi).
