Full payment is due 2 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within less than 2 weeks full payment must be made at the time of the booking.

(b) Cancelations of complete group received after 2 weeks prior to arrival date - full charge will apply.

Номер дуже затишний, просторий і чистий. Порадувала наявність обігрівача, не зважаючи на літо. Ми потрапили в готель після сильної зливи, промоклі до нитки. Тому дуже оцінили можливість висушити одяг.
Ще сподобався дизайн номеру, за це окремий респект. 😊
Proximity to bus station and reasonably priced breakfast.
Hotel sits in a rather bad street with lots of unpleasant people hanging around the premises.
Our room was in an ok condition, with largely overpainted doors and cheap Ikea nightstands that were in laughable condition.
Keeping your luggage at the hotel when checking out is possible, but they kept it in an unlocked shed in the courtyard.
Reception and kitchen staff in general just seemed to be a lot on their phones. I am not expecting to get my feet kissed when I enter a room but a simple « hello » and acknowledgement would have sufficed.

Good staff - all exceedingly friendly, helpful and polite and professional. Nice and clean. I liked the cold water cooler. Also - good coffee!
Room was tiny and the table was too small to work at. The chair was too low to sit at the table even when balancing on pillows.

Little bit warm in the room
The location was ideal for getting into the city centre
No hot water in the shower forcing us to take freezing cold showers, you can hear absolutely everything going on through the ceiling, even a casual conversation can be heard clearly. Same with the window, we had it closed yet we could hear everything going. Cleanliness was also not the greatest, loose hairs could be seen in the shower and sink. Shower had a dirty look to it, probably due to the mold and mildew build up. The breakfast was awful, especially at 14pp. To call it a buffet is truly confident.
