For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is due on the date of booking.
Full payment is due 2 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within less than 2 weeks full payment must be made at the time of the booking.
(a) Cancellation of complete booking received up to 2 weeks prior to arrival is subject to 25% nonrefundable charge.
(b) Cancelations of complete group received after 2 weeks prior to arrival date - full charge will apply.

Not much
Most things, shower kept on pulsing from cold to scolding. Burnt my ill wife. Her back is still aching and was unable to lie down when she got into bed. People next door were so called ‘getting it on’ at 10pm which is slightly too late but the only reason we heard all the noise from the next room is that the wall was paper thin,we had to make a noise complaint twice. However the mumbles continued to time as late as 01:30am. I sought this as unacceptable and contacted the receptionist on two occasions to tell them to quiet down. I understand you don’t pick your guests but the receptionist stated so he could hear them from the reception so he should have acted on this sooner.
Friendly night porter, very helpful with a last minute booking
The room was very warm on entry - however there was a tower fan in the wardrobe which helped

The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing for an early check-in. I loved the room I was put in, it felt very comfortable and roomy. The facilities were convenient as well, especially the drinking fountain/water bottle refill down the hallway. Overall, a very pleasant experience and convenient location!
The mattress was a bit stiff, same with the pillow. The bathroom door did not lock if I remember correctly, and the entrance was not accessible (no ramps unfortunately).

We had someone noisy above us and got up at 4.45-5am but noise went when they left.

Bathroom is very small, shower would change from hot to cold whilst used and couldn't angle it enough for my wife to get under the shower head.
The neat old property was well maintained and perfectly located for us to walk from the bus and to main attractions

No major selection for food in the evening or breakfast. I asked only pizza, and they didn't have any on a Saturday evening of a bank holiday weekend, 22,500 running a marathon in Dublin.
