Great location for BOK events.
Pros:

The restaurant is excellent and many good restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff was very accommodating. Thank you! Great location for BOK events. Walking distance to anything downtown.

Perfect Choice For Concert Lodging
Pros:

My husband and I were in town for the Nine Inch Nails Concert (which was exceptional). I chose this hotel because of walkability to/from the concert venue (BOK) and the great cancellation policy. The parking garage fees were very reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel is REALLY NICE and the rooms were nice and very clean. We didn't use the TV. The room coffee was Starbucks and the beds were very comfortable. Usually I am disappointed with hotel bedding because the "bedspreads" are too thin and not like my nice comforter at home. This was very cozy and the comforter actually had some substance to it. The room was quiet and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Cons:

There's nothing about this place I didn't like. I guess a voucher for free food at one of the restaurants would have made it better if I HAVE to type something......

Bad attitudes, bad service, unclean rooms.
Pros:

Close to BOK Center and restaurants

Cons:

Management and staff were rude, couldn’t be bothered. Our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I went down to get new ones made, during that time waiting in the hallway for me to return some manager demanded ID and harassed my girlfriend, sister, and 17 year old nephew who came to pick up his iPad from my room. The front desk was rude even though it was their mistake that my cards didn’t work. There were about 10 other people in line for the same thing. The room was not clean. The convenience does not outweigh the experience. Expensive hotel, two rooms booked and horrible attitudes from staff when assistance is needed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For the price, there are better options. Save yourself the frustration.

Lotus Spa will have me coming back
Pros:

Great experience with Chanda at the Lotus Spa as well as the massage therapist were absolutely phenomenal. I would return again just to book another session with the 2 of them.

OK stay
Pros:

Staff is nice. Location is good. Hotel has Airport shuttle which is a plus. However, toilet made loud noise. Same goes with the AC/heat.

Quick, clean, easy, friendly.
Pros:

Very clean; I rate hotels on their bathrooms. The bathroom was very clean as was the main room. Front desk staff was kind, fast, and helpful. Easy check in, easy check out. I'd definitely stay again.

Love staying at this hotel. Highly recommend!
Pros:

I love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are very clean. There are a lot of open spaces where people can meet as well as meeting rooms. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tulsa!
