Comfortable and convenient with nice staff
Pros:

Convenient, spacious. Rooms were large. Main area was spacious lots of places to sit/ lounge or hang. On-site spa, restaurant, little shops

Cons:

A bit outdated. Some of the room wallpaper was peeling

Great Downtown Hotel

Best. Stay. Ever.
Pros:

Can't remember a more restful and enjoyable stay! Jace welcomed us, provided all necessary info, secured us an upgraded room and valet service and amenities. We ordered room service twice and Josh was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Valet workers and restaurant manager/wait staff were attentive and kind. Food was fantastic--especially breakfast.

Great place to stay downtown
Pros:

Location is great and the hotel is beautiful. I love that you can bring your pet(s) if needed. The coffee shop was a bit disappointing, the wait was really long, with just a couple of people in line. I paid almost $10 for a mediocre coffee. I hate to add this, but a lot of us are coffee people and we love our coffee in the morning! That was a bummer.

Great location for BOK events.
