Pros:

I love the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bed was uncomfortable and the hot tub was out of order. One of the main reasons I booked.

Wish we has stayed somewhere else.
Cons:

The breakfast was lacking in most everything including utensils to eat it with, no bread for toast, no yogurt, etc. Very bad.

Cons:

Carpet stains everywhere especially halls and stairs. Loose tiles in bathroom. Tub was yellowed. Poor breakfast, not maintained, dried out eggs, watered down OJ. Not clean. Out of the 18 hotels I have stayed on this trip, this one was the worst.

We were told emphatically when checking in there was a very good hot breakfast from 6 to 9:30. We went down at 8:15. The waffle maker was unplugged, batter dispensor was gone. Oatmeal was almost gone, burnt. Juice dispensor was broken. Coffee was barely warm.

NOT what we expect when we choose a Country Inn & Suites. Stay wasn’t horrible but was very disappointing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room location was great! Staff, when you saw them, were pleasant. When ringing for help at front desk, the guy came right away and was super helpful.

Cons:

Other than property needing overall maintenance, was short staffed. No one at front desk. Pool was fine but needs a deep cleaning. Apparently hot tub has been out of commission for a while with no foreseeable fix. Floor in breakfast area not clean. Breakfast attendant was a no show. Other staff person doing her best. Meager breakfast, ran out of basics. No juice. Had to ask for waffle batter, bread and plates.

Pros:

Water pressure in shower

Cons:

1st room had a broken toilet and a bunch of sand and hair in the bed. 2nd room stunk like mold and mildew and had leftover trash in the fridge.

Was ok. One of the better places to stay in Albert Lea.
Pros:

When we went down to eat at 8:00 the Waffle mix was empty and there were no more sausage patties, plus all coffee was out when I went to get some at 6:30 A.M.

Cons:

Breakfast, and the guy who checked us in was not very friendly. 3 long strands of hair in my shower when I went to shower.
