Neukölln ist jetzt nicht das Viertel in Berlin, aber der Aufenthalt war trotzdem schön.
Pros:

Ich war bei einer Veranstaltung, und die war nahe gelegen. Das Hotel ist mit der U-Bahn gut erreichbar. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Mein Zimmr lag am Aufzug, den man im Zimmer leider hören konnte.

Cons:

Ein wenig fühlt man sich an die 90er erinnert: WLAN ist kostenfrei praktisch nicht nutzbar (2 MBit), mehr nur gegen Aufpreis. Das ist heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Große Freude: Es gibt eine Flasche Wasser. Schön, aber 4,50 € dafür? Auch nicht zeitgemäß. Trotzdem: Zimmer war sehr schön.

Staff all very helpful

Cons:

Checked in late due to passport delay, tried and thirsty. Opened bottle of water in my room and only noticed afterwards that charged nearly 5 euros for this
