Good hotel , clean and nice room
The staff were not very cooperative. We were travelling with children and requested an early check-in around 12 PM, but our request was largely ignored. We were simply told that the room would only be available at 3 PM, which felt quite unfair, especially for a family travelling with kids.
We had to spend the waiting time in a nearby park just to pass the time until the room was ready. What was even more disappointing was that the next day, we were then being insisted upon for an early check-out.
The hotel reception should be more considerate of families with children and try to accommodate their needs wherever possible. Overall, the experience with the reception staff was disappointing and could have been handled with much more understanding and hospitality.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and well worth the money. It completely surpassed our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained.
The room was immaculate when we arrived, and the daily room service kept it fresh, clean, and tidy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel valued from start to finish.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely come back again!
