Camere ben insonorizzate, letto e cuscini confortevoli , personale gentile e disponibile ma parlano poco l’Italiano. Buona colazione. Vicino alla metro 4

Pros:

La chambre fonctionnelle et de taille suffisante pour un court séjour. Le petit-déjeuner varié. Le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant très poli, serviable et souriant. Le calme et la très bonne insonorisation des chambres malgré la proximité du périphérique. L'accès à 5 minutes à pieds à la ligne de métro 4 qui mène directement à l'île de la cité et à Montmartre. Le parking à 20€/jour super pratique pour être serein par rapport à la sécurité de la voiture.

Cons:

Les pancakes du petit-déjeuner étaient froids et secs mais le reste était qualitatif.

Η τοποθεσία, οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου όπως εστιατόριο και μπαρ.
Επίσης το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Δεν μας άρεσε το γεγονός ότι ενώ το check in είναι στις 15:00 το δωμάτιο μας δώθηκε στις 15:45 γιατί είχαν πολλές αναχωρήσεις.
Αυτό είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να καθαριστεί κάπως πρόχειρα το δωμάτιο.
Όταν μπήκαμε τα 2 από τα 3 δωμάτια που επικοινωνούσαν είχαν μια πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά, τα παράθυρα δεν ανοίγανε και ηταν ανυπόφορη.
Παραπονεθήκαμε στην υποδοχή και όταν επιστρέψαμε το βραδυ το θέμα είχε λυθεί.

The room size was good for what we needed

Cons:

Check in was terrible. We arrived at 2:45pm for a 3pm check in and had to wait until after 4pm to get into our room after being on a plane for 24 hours. We weren’t even offered a drink while we waited. Staff were very short and it was as if I was the pain because I expected my room to be ready in time.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, immer wieder gerne:)
Pros:

Die Lage war super, man kann zu Fuß die Metro in ca.10 Minuten erreichen. Mit dem höfflichen Personal haben wir die Tagesticket für 2 Tage gekauft und dann standen uns alle öffentliche Mittel zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstuck war auch sehr gut, das Personal war immer höflich und hilfsbereit.

Am zweiten Tag wurde von unseren Handtüchern eines der großen mitgenommen und an diesem Tag nicht durch ein neues ersetzt . Das wurde erst am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht also hatten wir ein Handtuch zu wenig
