Good, good and good

The place was clean, about 8 mins walk to the nearest metro which then connects everywhere, eateries around

Ça commençait super bien et j’ai été très déçue et énervée.
Pros:

J’ai aimé la literie et la chambre dans laquelle j’étais malgré certains trous dans la salle de bain sur le plafond et sur le carrelage.

Cons:

J’ai demandé un petit déjeuner plateau pour le lendemain matin, j’ai attendu une heure, j’ai enfin appelé la réception qui m’a dit que je n’avais pas fait le papier alors qu’il était toujours sur ma porte… Donc j’ai encore attendu.. lorsque j’ai enfin eu mon petit déjeuner, il manquait ma boisson chaude… j’appelle encore une fois à la réception, je leur demande un petit geste commercial car la ça faisait beaucoup…. Et elle me dit qu’ils offrent le café alors que j’avais déjà payé 19.90 euros le petit dej.. bref c’est pas du tout un service 4 étoiles, et comme je n’ai pas eu de geste je ne reviendrait pas du tout ici.
La moindre des choses est de s’excuser deja.

La personne a l’accueil a juste dit avec aucun sourire, je vais signaler …..

Disappointing
Pros:

Room was nice with good features in the main but no coffee cups to go with coffee machine and was very hot

Cons:

No bar staff, had to ask for someone to be called each night. Other guests gave up and left - they were not impressed either. Geraldine in the breakfast area was so rude we had to complain to the management team

Muy bien comunicado con el centro, la parada de metro es de la línea 4, que lleva directamente a la Cité .

Quizá podría haber más variedad en los desayunos, pero tampoco es problemático realmente

Lage gut, Komfort könnte besser sein

Gute Anbindung zur City, mit der Metro alles erreichbar, Blick auf Eiffelturm

Cons:

Mussten 1,5 Std auf unser Zimmer warten, Zimmer war sehr beengt mit 3 Personen, wenig Stauraum bzw Aufhänger für Klamotten, keine Ablage, nur 1 Couchtisch ohne Sitzmöbel. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, schlechte Luftqualität!
Lange Wartezeit beim Frühstück, Räumlichkeiten auch hier viel zu klein und überfüllt!
