Fix the bathroom, toilet doors and the windows and it will be a great location.
Pros:

The room was clean and large enough for our family. The restaurant had decent food. The view was nice and we could see a bit of the Eiffel tower. It was close to the subway and bus.

Cons:

The bathroom doors were a joke, might as well not be there since the design didn't hold the steam inside. The toiler in a separate room was also awful because it was small and claustrophobic and the door wasn't airtight on the bottom. On top of the bathroom doors not holding the air inside due to the design, the windows could not be opened so good luck using the bathroom or toilet ...
