Ideally located next to highway and retail/food stores. Staff were very friendly.
Poor state of repair, with corridors, lift, rooms needing complete renovation. Rooms are small and our mattress was terrible (broken springs) and noisy a/c
The elevator, as Im disabled, the bathtub instead of just a shower. The people were very helpful. The AC worked great! The room was clean.
The chair in the room was not comfortable, would have liked an easy chair. The room size was very small but didn’t mind that. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but there was coffee in the lounge. The snack machines had no sugar free drinks other than water.
Checking in experience very pleasant and professional, letting us choose our preferred option for the room. Very pleasant staff.

The fact that we had roaches in our room and when we brought it to their attention there was no apology. They moved us to a different room for the second night that was even more roach infested than the first one, we left and told them we needed a refund, there was no apology or care on their part and we are still waiting on the refund.
Hotel needs a major facelift. Broken towel bar in bath, dirt along tile rim near floor, new paint needed in bathroom, shower curtain dirty. I realize it WAS a Motel 6. But the sadness, lack of cleanliness was off putting.
