Totally it was a pleasant stay

Great hot tub and pool, very quiet. Things are mostly clean, but the carpet throughout looks worn.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lots of choices and everything was fresh.

Cons:

There's no option to call and talk to the front desk, they reroute the call to a call center that wasn't very helpful.

It was an ok stay, the reviews made the place seem great but it was not.

It was close to the funeral and food.

Cons:

Our room was missing light bulbs in the rooms light fixtures. There was hole in the blinds. The bathroom ceiling tiles were rust colored and the bathtub was dinged up. Someone on our floor was smoking weed.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. Jacuzzi was very warm. The pool was nice. Lots of decaf coffee.

Cons:

No lactose intolerant food choices, e.g. milk or yogurt. The breakfast room too small for the number of rooms. I wish Crystal Lake had a more central hotel. This hotel was on the outskirts.
