Nice location , breakfast was nice

Cons:

1st room reeked of cigarette smoke, Switch to different room and could smell it in bathroom.
Room is dated and could use a redo especially for the money.

It was a pleasant day, but I do feel like it was overpriced for this weekend
Pros:

I love staying at this property for our scrapbooking retreats. It’s close to so many things and the staff is always very pleasant!

Cons:

When I was first assigned to my room, there was such a strong smell of marijuana… However, staff was able to change my room thank goodness otherwise I would not have been able to stay in that room. I wish there was a way to enforce the no smoking rules…

Pros:

This hotel was the closest hotel to our weddinf venue in Woodstock. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel rooms were not very clean. The power went out & we had to get coolers & ice to save our wedding dinner plates that we had in our fridge. We were not able to eat our dinner at the wedding since, as the bride & groom we were too busy. We spent alot of money on catering & wanted to be able to save & eat our dinner. Our room costed over $800 for Fri night to Monday, and was not a special room by any means. My grandmother was put in a "suite" that we did not order & it was not ADA accesible, so she could not shower. Her room had a separate bedroom from the living room. Her room was $600 for the same 3 nights. It made no sense! The pricing & quality was all over the map. I would not stay there again, but it did serve its purpose to have a place to sleep within 15 mins of The Gardens of Woodstock.

Okay - probably won’t stay there again if I have my children with me.
Pros:

My special requests were all honored.

Cons:

Room was very outdated. I was traveling with kids and got constant noise calls from the front desk during “normal” hours (1000-1800) because of my kids running around in the room (they put us on the 3rd floor for some reason).

Pros:

I had a bug in my ice from the ice machine, watched it fall out and told front desk and they did not even put the machine out if order

Totally it was a pleasant stay
