Beautifully maintained property and a lovely staff. We were delighted with everyone we encountered.
Pros:

Friendly staff. 24 hour staffed front desk was nice. Nicely arranged room, close to St Martin and a subway stop. The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The elevator was only big enough for two. It’s not unusual in Paris. There are nice steps next to the elevator so we generally walked down the stairs rather than wait on the elevator.

Pros:

L’emplacement très bien situé dans le 10ème à 10 mn en métro de la gare de Lyon .
L’accueil très sympathique et grande disponibilité.
Les chambres sur le boulevard très confortables et bien isolées.
Nous avons apprécié le buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni et très copieux servi en sous-sol dans une charmante pièce voûtée.

L'emplacement est top. Très bon petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle voûtée. Personnel très attentif

Cons:

Notre chambre était annoncée comme chambre sur cour. Ce n'était pas une cour mais un puits de lumière pas très sympathique. Il serait préférable de le signaler précisément dans le descriptif.

Een pareltje aan de rand van Le Marais!
Pros:

De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst. Het hotel is een pareltje aan de rand van Le Marais. De medewerkers zijn zeer attent en hulpvaardig. Dag en nacht is de receptie bezet. Het hotel is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, vers en met veel keuze. Je bagage kon vooraf en ook op de dag van vertrek in de bagageruimte. Je krijgt een labeltje. Twee metrostations zijn op loopafstand. De wijk Le Marais is heel levendig en gezellig met zijn vele terrassen in de avond.
We komen graag weer terug in dit hotel.

A delightful gem in a quieter part of Paris
Pros:

This boutique tourist class hotel exceeds expectations on every level and is an excellent value. The public spaces and rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were delightful and accommodating. We really have no negative feedback at all. The location in the Bastille (11th), is an excellent and under-appreciated part of Paris with far fewer tourists and more of a local vibe, but an easy walk to Le Marais or a few Metro stops from major attractions. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes, and multiple Metro lines are within an easy walk. On market days (Tue and Fri) there is a fresh produce, fish, meat, and flower market in the central part of Rue Richard Lenoir (literally across the street from the hotel) which should not be missed.

Well located small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.
Pros:

Well located in the Marais district close to Oberkampf metro and 20 minutes walk to Bastille. Rooms clean and comfortable and lovely friendly and helpful staff .

Cons:

Not much of a view from the windows. But as expected from description.

Heel fijn hotel op loopafstand van Le Marais.
Pros:

Hotel ligt dichtbij Le Marais in prettige omgeving op 34 minuten lopen van Notre Dame. Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst in verzorgd hotel. Opvallend goed ontbijt!

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

It was perfectly located , good sized bedroom and bathroom for Paris, light and airy , had view overlooking street. Staff were all welcoming and lovely. Will book again
