Nice comfortable hotel in a nice area of Dubuque
Pros:

Dan was excellent during checkin.
Excellent accessible room. Very comfortable bed. Lighting in room was very good
We asked for a room on the first floor and they accommodated us.
The location was perfect for visiting different areas of the city.

Cons:

Our only issue was that the shower head was on the back wall and it was difficult keeping the water from leaking all over the bathroom
