Good location, fair price, good bed decent size room.
The cooling system in the room not good enough to cope with the current hot weather.
Handy for the railway station and Leicester centre.

Staff were excellent, especially the man on evening check in (unfortunately, I didn't get his name!) All very friendly and helpful. Had accommodated my request for a quiet room. Bed comfortable for me (others may say it would be a bit hard). Shower excellent. Breakfast very good.
The hotel is on a busy junction, by the railway station, so it is noisy. It does have good soundproofing by shutting the window but then the room does get extremely warm and the air cooling system is not very effective. If this worked better or all rooms had fans, I would probably have given it 10/10.
Was nice and clean and well equipped with tea and coffees and towels. The continental breakfast was lovely and would say it was great value for money.
Maybe just the location but their wasn't much not to like the beds were overly ok but sometimes little uncomfortable could of provided more pillows

Location was very good for the reason I needed to there, this was the main reason I chose Ibis.
Room was basic and the bathroom was clean but the sink had old stains like it wasn't clean. The room clearly hasn't been redecorated for some time, with missing patches of paint on the walls, holes in the curtain, what looked like water stains (i hope it is water stains) down the wall from the window to the floor. The biggest disappointment was the carpet, it was old, had stains all over it and smelled very very bad, especially near the window where it smelt like a toilet that had not been cleaned in a very long time. The smell was throughout the room. The carpet also had small creatures on it.

Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and power points. Nice comfy bed with fresh, clean bedding. The opening window was appreciated.
The staff were very helpful, particularly when I had a problem and needed some help. Thanks for that.
The breakfast buffet was small, but with good choices and the hot food was nicely cooked. Very good value breakfast.
Limited free parking was available on site - much appreciated.
