My group stay
Pros:

The staff was very understanding and helped change our rooms to match what they said in the chats with giving us rooms next to eachother. I travelled with a group and the rooms were big enough for us all to have time together.

Cons:

The AC in room 118 was dripping liquid onto the floor and the room ran either very cold or very hot.

Honestly, maybe the check in, otherwise nothing..

Cons:

The room was dirty, the bathroom shower had the previous tenant hair in it. The one communal iron was taken and the hotel did not know and could do nothing to help (little to no hospitality training), poor organisation in general.

We requested to clean the room and maid said she cannot come because she is busy, so she changed just towels and was a bit rude with my boyfriend.
