Staff gentile e disponibile. Possibilitá di lasciare gli zaini in albergo con cartellino personalizzato per il ritiro (abbiamo potuto fare anche il check in con qualche ora di anticipo). Pulizia, prodotti per il bagno, boccia dell'acqua disponibile in corridoio, topper sul materasso comodissimo. Stanza luminosa. A 2 min a piedi dalla via principale e dal capolinea dei tram + fermate dell'autobus vicine. Nella hall ci sono tavolini, panche e divanetti, in stile ostello ma puliti e ordinati

Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet was superb with great healthy options and vegan options which impressed me the most. The hotel is in a great central location where the Galeria mall, restaurants and banks are within a walking distance.

Cons:

The cable TV had certain channels where the sound was not in sync with the motion picture. It would freeze every now and then like the satellite signal was disturbed. When I had the room cleaned, the towels were not replaced nor did they replace the dirty coffee mugs. Also, I tried calling front desk to make requests but the phone didn't have a dial tone for the call to go through. There were no instructions on how to use the phone in the room.
