Pros:

I thought the breakfast menu was very diverse and more than acceptable , and parking was wonderful

Cons:

one of my biggest complaints would be when the room was cleaned after first day old bar of soap and empty shampoo bottles were left in shower and it seemed as if everyone was jamed into one area of hotel which is ok I guess but the hallways seemed like they were jamed with cleaning carts and I would have prefered upstairs closer to the food area

Very good, other than not much for lobby or informal meeting areas.

Cons:

Nowhere to meet with a group without reserving a conference room. It would be nice if one of the meeting rooms or the breakfast room was open at other times.

This hotel is an American outpost without clear understanding that it is in Canada.
Pros:

The room was clean and staff were fine when they could be found. It appears to be understaffed. The room was a good size.

Cons:

The breakfast was typical Best Western, instant oatmeal, juice that isn't juice, Wonder bread style bagels, etc. The website said there was s restaurant on the premises, but it is long gone. I was given a rate that proved not to be valid. When I brought this up while registering I was told that it must have been in U.S. dollars!! Now I realize what was a bit off about the whole place: it is clearly an American chain, but no one seems aware that this is Canada.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. It had a larger selection than most hotels I've stayed at and the quality of the food was higher than I was expecting.

Cons:

The pool was smaller than I expected, however, it was clean and still big enough for my group to have fun.
