£323 for 1 night! It is actually a nice basic hotel,has all the essentials and was spotless with really nice staff but it's so so overpriced for what you actually get.
Booked a twin room but the beds were so close together they were actually touching! Its just a double bed "unzipped" with 2 single mattress toppers on and single duvets on it so be aware of this if your traveling with someone you're not close enough to want to share the same bed with. The bed was rock solid and not very comfortable.
The room was tiny but spotless and had tea/coffee making facilities,a hairdryer,private shower/bathroom and a nice TV. The air con was a good send as when we stayed there was a heatwave and even though outside was hot and stuffy the room was a comfortable temperature.
We ordered food which was easy through WhatsApp and got a text to come collect when it was ready,this system was very good-the food however was not. Ordered "nachos and dips" advertised as nachos covered in cheese with 3 different dips. What we got was a pile of dry chips with about 1 teaspoon worth of cheese on top and only 1 dip, it was so dry and tasteless we couldn't eat it and left most of it,the chicken tenders were like cheap bog standard frozen chicken nuggets. I would recommend going elsewhere for food there are plenty of places nearby
The hotel is in a good location for public transport we were there to see abba voyage and this was perfect for the show. The area is a bit rough though.
We didn't get any sleep at all as the beds were rock solid and the mattress toppers kept sliding off the bed,there was a lot of noise from outside and every time a neighbour flushed their toilet or used the shower we could hear it in our room. Because we didn't sleep,we went down early for breakfast which I have to say was excellent. Good quality food and a great selection the usual full English as well as yogurt,cereals, make your own waffles machine,pastries and cheeses,Fruit juices and a machine for hot drinks with fresh milk as well as milk alternatives.
This place would be great as a budget cheap hotel but the price definitely did not match the experience. The staff we met were all lovely very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay here again due to getting no sleep.

Situation is convenient for events at the London Stadium
Dated - also advertised as having air conditioning and it has air cooling and in record temperatures it was poor. They do offer fans but I booked it as it did have air con.
Not far from London Stratford. Room was big.
Area not all that safe for two women. Housekeeping incomplete and could have done with two spare pillows not one.
It was the only hotel left
The fact that they can't cope at breakfast when its busy, no where to sit, no glasses for drinks, no cutlery and food running out 40 mins before due to finish.
Good location nice room
Organisation on reception and bar was a bit chaotic. Some staff seemed to not know what they were doing. Breakfast was very average compared to other hotels. My daughter had a dirty glass given to her when she had a drink from the bar.
It was okay distance to the venue we wanted.

Comfort of room, size of family suite very cramped. Not enough pillows, room super basic and very tatdy, uncomfortable tbh
