Der Empfang war sehr feundlich mit einer wirklich gut gelaunten Dame.
Pros:

Die Bedienung im Restaurant, erst wurde ich nicht bedient,, dann kam die Vorspeise und die Hauptspeise zusammen. Der Kellner wurde dann nicht mehr gesehen!!! Er konnte vielleicht seinen Feierabend nicht abwarten!!!!. Es war nicht sehr angenehm!!!

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Bar

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man die Badezimmertüre öffnen muss damit man um die Türe der Dusche herum kommt. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Das Essen auf der Abendkarte ebenso.

تجربة سيئة جداً وإدارة تفتقر لأدنى مقومات الاحترافية – وتحديداً الموظفة Abella
أود أن أحذر الجميع من التعامل مع هذا الفندق الذي يقدم مستوى شديد التردي في الخدمة والإدارة، بدءاً من أسلوب التعامل المستفز من الموظفة Abella في الاستقبال، وحتى الفوضى العارمة في إدارة الحجوزات والتعامل مع النزلاء.

-سوء التنظيم والمماطلة: قمت بحجز الغرفة وتأكيدها وتسديد كامل المبلغ قبل الوصول بـ 4 أيام، وأتممت كافة إجراءات التسجيل الإلكتروني (Check-in) بنجاح. رغم ذلك، عند وصولي الساعة 10:30 مساءا، استقبلتني الموظفة Abella بأسلوب جاف ووجه عابس، وتمييزها بين الجنسيات اذا كنت عربي او جنسية اخرى واضطررت للانتظار أكثر من 40 دقيقة وسط حالة من المماطلة والاستهتار بالوقت، قبل أن تقوم بتحويل إجراءاتي لموظف المطعم في تصرف غير احترافي بالمرة.
-عدم الالتزام بنوع الغرفة المحددة: رغم تأكيد حجزي لسريرين منفصلين، تم تسليمي غرفة بسرير مزدوج. وعند الاعتراض، كان رد موظفي الاستقبال قمة في السلبية والاستخفاف: "هذا المتاح ولا يمكننا فعل شيء".
-تضليل النزيل وإرهاقه: بعد جدال طويل، ادعت الإدارة نقل حجزي إلى فرع آخر جاهز لاستقبالي ووفرت لي سيارة أجرة، لأتفاجأ عند الوصول بأن الفرع الثاني لا يعلم شيئاً عن الموضوع ولا تتوفر لديه أي غرف! تم إرجاعي للفندق الأول واستمرار المماطلة والتنصل من المسؤولية حتى تم تحويلي في النهاية لفندق مختلف تماماً وتم تسجيل دخولي في اليوم التالي الساعة واحدة صباحا.
-سلوك الموظفين: الموظفة Abella تفتقر لأبسط مهارات التعامل مع العملاء ولا تصلح مطلقاً للعمل في مجال الضيافة أو الاستقبال.
هذا الفندق يحتاج إلى إعادة هيكلة شاملة لإدارته وتدريب موظفيه وعلى رأسهم Abella على احترام النزلاء والالتزام بالحجوزات المؤكدة. لا أنصح بالنزول أو الإقامة فيه إطلاقاً.
