Cons:

Wir warten noch heute auf eine Entschädigung seitens der Geschäftsleitung.
Wenn ich ein Hotelzimmer miete dann erwarte ich, dass die Temperatur des Wassers mindestens so warm ist dass man keine Zahnschmerzen beim Zähneputzen bekommt und daß man sich duschen kann.
Leider war dies überhaupt nicht möglich da es weder im Waschbecken noch in der Dusche warmes Wasser gab.
Als wir am nächsten Morgen das Hiteloersonal darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatten versprach man uns,daß sich die Geschäftsleitung noch auf jeden Fall in Verbindung setzen würde.
Wir warten leider noch immer auf irgendeine Stellungnahme.
Wir waren vom 07.03.2026 bis 08.03.2026
Noch nie ist uns das passiert. Und leider ist dies hier der einzigste Weg sich zu äußern.

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très bien et personnel au top pour régler tous les problèmes générés

Cons:

On m'a donné une clé de chambre le 04.05.2026 au soir. Je suis ressortie et revenue vers 21h00 la clé ne fonctionnait plus. On m'a transmis 2 autres clés. Le 05.05.2026 je n'étais pas inscrite a petit-déjeuner, car la veille le no de chambre donné était pas le bon. Quand j'ai voulu quitté le parking le 05.05.2026, la carte journalière payée ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

Le séjour correspond à mes attentes.
Pros:

La chambre était très fonctionnelle et bien agencée. La température était agréable.

Cons:

Le réveil d'une femme de ménage. Sinon rien.

Alles in allem aber schön .
Pros:

Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Alles hat funktioniert und war sauber .

Cons:

Ich finde die Bar könnte unter der Woche länger offen sein , leider waren auch viele Getränke nicht machbar weil Sachen fehlten . Preise sind leider auch etwas extrem teuer .

Idéal pour un concert au hallenstadion
Pros:

Emplacement proche de la gare à pied et du Hallenstadion à pied. Proche d’un arrêt de bus également. Petit déjeuner buffet offrant un large choix. Personnel parle plusieurs langues, aimable. Chambre propre.

Cons:

Les portes automatiques des chambres font beaucoup de bruit (flânent) le matin quand les gens partent de leur chambre.

U redu, ali neke stvari bi mogle bolje
Pros:

Soba je bila uredna i prilicno udobna, osoblje je bilo ljubazno, blizu je centra posto je javni prijevoz u Zürichu fantastican, uglavnom sve ok

Cons:

Nismo mogli uci u sobu u 14h kada je bio check in, zamolili su nas da pricekamo da dovrse sa ciscenjem, bilo bi lijepo da nas je netko ponudio barem picem iz bara u znak isprike dok cekamo
Bilo bi dobro da je soba opremljena nekim detaljima kao sto su šampon ili gel za tuširanje te kuhalom za vodu
