Comunication to guest should be improved as nobody passed a message about some material left at our attention the day before, but again people of the Reception were quite professional.

The atmosphere was fantastic with an amazing view, very friendly and welcoming staff, and a great variety of delicious breakfast options. Everything was fresh, well presented, and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful breakfast spot in Istanbul!
The shower could be improved by having full glass panels/doors so the water stays inside the shower area. It seems like an easy fix that would make the bathroom much better overall

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. The rooms were well-maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.
What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the reception team—especially Kenan, Eda, and Ecrin. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything went smoothly and were always available to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude and dedication to guests really stood out.
