I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

First, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness and support throughout my stay. Eda and Bita were especially kind and helpful, assisting me with several requests and even helping me communicate in Turkish with certain institutions. Their support made my stay much smoother and more comfortable. The male staff member at the reception (unfortunately I forgot to get his name) was also very helpful, kindly guiding me on the best ways to get to the city center and recommending some hidden gems worth visiting.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a pleasant place to relax after a long day, and the bathroom was also well designed and convenient to use.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. There were different types of bread, meat, eggs, fruits, and pastries to choose from, making it easy to start the day with a satisfying meal. Lunch and dinner were also very tasty, although the menu had a more selected offering.

During my stay, I also tried the spa facility and booked a 60-minute full body aroma massage. It was absolutely worth the money. After a 12-hour flight, the massage helped me relax completely and was a wonderful way to recover from travel fatigue.

One thing to note is that the hotel is located quite far from the city center. However, this was not a major inconvenience since there is a mall, several shops, a bus stop, and cafes & beach with beautiful views all within about a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel.

For those interested in sightseeing, there is also a chocolate museum located about 20 minutes away, which could make for a fun visit during your stay.

Great Service, Great Location, Great Hotel

Sue consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Even though the job isn’t easy and guests often decline assistance, she never seems discouraged. She always keeps a genuine smile, remains helpful, and approaches everyone with a positive attitude.

You can clearly see that she cares about her work and about the guests’ experience. She is proactive, attentive, and regularly checks on people to make sure everything is going well.

Her professionalism and dedication reflect very well on the hotel and show that management truly values guest experience by having someone like Sue looking after guests throughout their stay.

Pleasant, quiet room. Excellent breakfast buffet with friendly service from everyone in the restaurant. Full gym and very nice marble Turkish steam before my long flight back home. Kenan and Eda thanked me for my stay with a smile.

Eda at the front desk was woeful and very accommodating. The reception staff went above and beyond to make my trip comfortable. The property itself is very clean and is kept at a high level of housekeeping. I also got the hamam bath at the spa and it was very good as well.

It was good stay and comfortable breakfast was many options and delicious thanks a lot Alao Sue she is so helpful

It was a very lovely stay. Bita at the reception was very helpful. All the staff in the dining area were very friendly and polite. The room was lovely and clean and big. I had a great stay.

Everything was good and specially a receptionist named Amir who helped me a lot during my stay and a lady who asked me these questions named Sue
