Pros:

Hotel in good location near metorbus which make your life easier to move in the city.

The team was very welcoming since first min .
I had one issue with air-conditioning but the customer relationship manager sadly i did not get her name gave us a better room with gifts as apologies it was a very sweet move to see.
I highly recommend stay here it worth it!

Besonders möchten wir uns bei Baran, Erdem, Ecrin, Su, Eda und Amin bedanken. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt im Kaya Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Alles verlief wunderbar und reibungslos. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch auf Booking.com werden wir eine positive Bewertung hinterlassen. Vielen Dank an euch alle für eure Mühe und die herzliche Betreuung.

Not a great experience as the hotel needs a complete revamp
Pros:

The location was good for my meetings, breakfast was not great but acceptable.

Cons:

The AC's in the rooms did not work. I changed rooms at 11pm at night because I couldn't sleep due to the heat, only to be placed in another room with the same problem. My 2 colleagues experienced the same discomfort. I also specifically asked for a non smoking room & even though the rooms on my floor all had no smoking signs on them the stench of cigarette smoke welcomed one from the moment the elevator door opened.

Вежливый и заботливый персонал. Чистые номера. Хорошая уборка. Прекрасный вид из окна

Cons:

Система кондиционирования к сожалению справляется не слишком хорошо, температура стояла на минимуме, тем не менее в номере было достаточно жарко и душно из-за того что номер был с панорамными окнами, которые нет возможности открыть.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good! Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The reception team was always ready to assist and provide everything we needed. Emin, Eda, Kenan, and Ecrin did an excellent job and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I would also like to give special recognition to Su, the Guest Relations Supervisor. She showed genuine care and attention to detail, and it was evident that our comfort and enjoyment during our stay were important to her. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference and enhanced our overall experience.
